This Starbucks location is amazing!! Van served us at the window and was so kind and full of holiday cheer. We will be coming back again. 10/10 service.

They can never get an order correct! Every time I go they always put the wrong milk even when they confirm & I always have to circle back around. I guess they don’t think nor care that people have actual dairy allergies.

After I stood there for 20 minutes for a Frappuccino, I asked the staff how long it would take for my order to come. The staff said it would be my turn soon, so I waited another 5 minutes. I really didn't want to stand there like a fool, so I got a refund and went to the target next door. I got the Frappuccino I wanted in less than 2 minutes. Don't waste your time here. Never coming back

the one girl who works there is a rude, mean person. she was cussing people out when they simply asked about their orders because they had been waiting 15-20 minutes. i do not recommend going here. they also get orders wrong a lot. over all really bad service.

I got a bacon, sausage, egg and cheese wrap and the bacon was raw and it tasted old
Always, always have my order messed up. Weather ordered in person or ordered ahead. They also never have anything always out of stock of items. Poor staff.

Horrible service, i have visited starbucks numerous times and yet i have never been so disrespected and hurt by how they have treated me, the worst service ever, the hiring is awful never have i been this disappointed in the employees all the other starbucks were super nice except this particular one, no manners at all!!!
