NOT OPEN WASTE OF TIME
the one girl who works there is a rude, mean person. she was cussing people out when they simply asked about their orders because they had been waiting 15-20 minutes. i do not recommend going here. they also get orders wrong a lot. over all really bad service.
My sever went out of her way to make my experience great I love this location
I got a bacon, sausage, egg and cheese wrap and the bacon was raw and it tasted old
Always, always have my order messed up. Weather ordered in person or ordered ahead. They also never have anything always out of stock of items. Poor staff.
Horrible service, i have visited starbucks numerous times and yet i have never been so disrespected and hurt by how they have treated me, the worst service ever, the hiring is awful never have i been this disappointed in the employees all the other starbucks were super nice except this particular one, no manners at all!!!

The worst service I have ever received I would never come back here!! Bad employees better hire better respected employees no manners at all, taking my order with a big attitude, full with mean people worst experience at Starbucks ever! I hate this Starbucks so much visit another Starbucks, would never think there are such mean people until I met this barista today!! Hire new people that actually have passion and are kind. I can you not tell how rude the barista was.

Superrrrrr slow drive through and service. Ridiculous 30 min out for a simple coffe. Stuff is very very slow like they dont want to work at all very baddddd

The store and atmosphere overall, is very nice ,, besides the staff very rude, especially the red hair girl (she told me her name Donna, but I’m not sure of she said the right name). Every time I go , her attitude make u feel so humiliated.
I never got my refund on my purchase. After waiting 25 minutes for my refund, I had to leave due to my schedule. I'm not sure who I talk to for my refund because none of the workers knew what to do or how to help me. I will be getting my money back whether through refund or lawsuit. The choice is yours.

Consistently Disappointing
I’ve given Starbucks multiple chances, but it seems they can never make my drink correctly, no matter which location I visit. Whether it’s the temperature, the flavor, or the consistency, something is always off. I've ordered the same drink countless times, and it’s frustrating to never know what I’m going to get. For the price they charge, I expect some consistency and attention to detail, but Starbucks just doesn’t deliver. I’m tired of being disappointed and wasting my money. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

Just letting you know that they should have a little more empathy since one of the employees made fun of me for not knowing how to pronounce a drink correctly, it's the first time something like this has happened to me.
I got there 15 minutes before closing, and they refused me service and they were rude about it. I definitely won't be giving them any of my business in the future!

Firstly the line is to long in the drive tru everyday you’re literally on line for no less then a half hour . Then this most recent experience after of course the long wait , I know what I ordered and when I get to the window the order is wrong and I said I’m missing a extra matcha he said to me “the order was on the screen and if I wanted to add something to my order I will have to go back around “ like huh ? It was yall mistake because I definitely said “2 the same way “ both” with 2 pumps of vanilla and 1 pump of liquid cane sugar IN BOTH & BOTH with vanilla foam on top “ . They was so worried about the cars behind me rather than the current customer at the drive thru . It’s a shame cuz he got pretty eyes . It’s a shame he didn’t have customer satisfaction . Rant over thank you
