I usually am a Morning coffee getter but for a few days I have going in the evening this is my morning Starbucks and a enjoy the staff and even tho it’s busy they seem to always speak and look like they are trying to get the drinks out as fast as they could. BUT this evening crew (it’s 5:45) is not really good at all. I have been waiting for the last 10 min for two drinks. A Frap and a Carmel latte. The person working the cold bar is splashing a towel that they wipe the counters...

I should say that a guy work there nasim alws made my day he made my drinks perfectly. Customer service on top wth his smile …. And I’m a regular customer and I never seen him upset or inactive at work he was super fast ?
