We visited Starbucks recently at the drive-thru. I am on a strict diet and very limited in sugar. We specifically asked what kinds of regular coffee are available.

First of all, the staff did not tell us the options. Secondly, my boyfriend clearly said: “Please, just a plain coffee, no sugar, no cream, nothing added.” However, what we received was a coffee with 5 pumps of pumpkin sauce. We only asked if there was, for example, a coffee with autumn spices, and instead we were given an extremely sweet drink that I couldn’t even drink.

As a result, we wasted time driving there, and we also overpaid — the coffee usually costs around $3, but we were charged $5. I am very disappointed with this experience. I expect corrective action to be taken and a refund for this mistake.

One of the best experiences ever.

Ordered a tall shaken espresso. Not shaken. Tasted like there was no espresso. And the girl who handed me the coffee had an attitude.

Love starbuck usually. Not this location. Mobile ordered matcha latte, drink was 80%-90% foam(see pic). I went in to get request a remake. She stared and blamed their improperly made drink on me for ordering no ice. I was a barista and you don't do that.

It gets worse. The remade drink tastes like peaches so I'm assuming they didn't properly clean out the blender or shaker from the previous drink they made.

Never had an experience at a Starbucks like this. Should have read the other reviews before choosing this location.

I really like this Starbucks. They have a few tables to sit and enjoy your drink. The employees are very friendly.

My girl Emani is amazing! As customer service & Barista 5⭐️ for her, overall this location is the ONLY location that can make your drinks how you want it, they listen to what you want and deliver great service! I been to all nearby locations Grant, Cottman & Neshaminy they are all horrible. My honest opinion.

For more than 15 years I’m been ordering at STARBUCKS COFFEE for my drinks, I have never have a problem @ all and all the baristas I have met. However today at this location, RED LION & ROOSEVELT a barista names Alana who’s told me she can’t give me extra oat milk because that is how she made a latte. Who is she trying to fool here!! when the oat milk is free of charges, she should not be nasty about it. And is not like a i ask for half a quart of there oats. I only ask for a tall, small cup on the size. Why does ALANA has to buzz about it!!! My order specifically said extra oat milk and they didn’t give me enough like I always order. And my order is not cheap too ,it’s cost almost $16 for it. Whether I use my reward to pay for it or not. And also they should know how much the customers have to spend at Starbucks to get that much reward.
Alana with a nasty attitude told me that’s is consider a latte. I don’t give a bull crap if is a latte or not . The latte cost $7, my ordered about $16 and not to mention the oat milk is free of charges (oh that is why Starbucks Don’t Want to give out a (tall size ) extra oats milk because is free of charges)
Starbucks services is not like is use to be. The barista is not happy and they even give an unpleasant vibes to their customers.(ONLY AT RED LION &ROOSEVELT I HAD ACQUIRED A FEW TIMES) but this time is more worsted than other time for me. TO: BARISTAS , WE DO NOT GET IT FOR FREE, WE PAY FOR THE DAWN FOOD AND DRINKS AT ALL STARBUCKS STORES. The barista should just do there job instead of giving the customers an unnecessary smart commons about how the drinks should be make or should not be make . We like to eat or drinks the way we want it, your job as a barista is to serve it to the customers. There are no right or wrong way to eat your food or make our drinks.
P.S. If you can ‘t do that , and you don’t like to serve the public, DO NOT be a server. We PAY for our food and drinks so it’s not cost you your money for what we ask for.
Thank you

Today, I visited your store recently and had a very disappointing experience. I was in the drive-thru line for quite a while, and when it was finally my turn, my cappuccino order was not prepared correctly. The front staff attempted to remake it, but it still wasn’t right.

I went inside the store and waited another 10–15 minutes. When a black female barista finally addressed me, I explained what was missing from my coffee. I’ve been ordering the same drink for years and knew exactly what was off. I politely asked if she could add the missing milk to correct it. She refused and insisted that’s how they always make it, even though I wasn't asking for anything extra or free. I always pay $6.21 for my medium cappuccino with the usual add-ons.

It was frustrating to be treated with such dismissiveness, especially after patiently waiting and trying to resolve the issue respectfully. I hope this can be addressed, as I would like to continue being a loyal customer, but expect better service in the future.

Never any problems here usually very fast, today I paid with my $15 giftcard my bill was just under $10 and he didn't give my giftcard back. I said can I have my giftcard and he handed it to me and said here there's no balance but. Rude, and there was still 5 bucks on it.

I asked for two macha’s I told them to make sure it’s well blended. If the macha is not blended correctly it taste horrible. Guess it’s too much to ask for. When given the drink, you can see the Matcha particles floating in it Juliana’s Response was well we blended it five times. Rude. If you can’t make something correctly, take it off the menu. If you have employees you that can’t make it correctly get rid of them find new ones. They know That if not made correctly, the drink is horrible for $14. There should be no reason why I have to take something that is not correct. Horrible customer service and management to allow their employee to act this way is more Irresponsible. And she was rude.

This is now the fourth time recently I am being overcharged. Every time I order a tall they charge me for a grande.. I let it go a few times in the past but the change is starting to add up now. I was also very clear about the order. Sometimes I've only realized it once I've driven away and it is too inconvenient to drive back again and deal with a line and waste my time. If you guys make a mistake about the size and already made the coffee you shouldn't just charge the customer for your mistake. Also the ice is always half or almost completely melted into my drink every time..

I usually enjoy Starbucks, but I was disappointed by my experience at this location.

I was quietly sitting while waiting for my husband, and when I asked to use the restroom, I was initially denied access because I hadn’t made a purchase.

As someone who is pregnant, this was an uncomfortable situation to be in. Thankfully, after I explained, I was allowed to use it — but it shouldn’t have required that.

I hope in the future more understanding can be shown, especially toward guests with visible needs.
