I have been here a few times & had mixed experiences. Last one was positive, but today was incredibly uncomfortable - cold air A/C blowing in winter (mid 30’s & apparently it isn’t controlled in store). Less wider tables & moved that make working or finding an outlet difficult. Had to keep my coat on. I’m remote in this area of Philly today for a few hours & it’s too bad it’s not conducive to working as many Starbucks locations are.

A very dirty and uncomfortable place. It's even colder than outside. I came in to get a coffee and check some things on computer and regretted it... They, i think, don’t know what heating is or don’t know when and how to turn it on. In short, it's not worth it...

Every time I come to this Starbucks the cup is never filled. This picture was taken before a sip was taken out of the cup. Why am I paying $6 for 3 sips of coffee and a bunch of ice. I love Starbucks but please do better. It's frustrating. Workers are always friendly and fill the cup up more when asked but it should be unacceptable to serve the drink pictured to a guest.

I placed an order and waited 10 minutes. the order was not ready. who came after me they received their order. when I asked where my order was, they rudely said that they were busy. I canceled the order. money for canceling the order was not returned.

I felt like the person taking the order was messing with me. I wasn't given the option to look at the screen when I pulled up. The person started randomly adding items I never heard of. Twice I asked him if he was teasing me. When I finally arrived to the window it took forever to get 2 16oz Green Tea Frapps and a cake pop. I waited what felt like forever to get the Tomato, Basil & Mozz sandwich. It took so long that I felt guilty so I paid for the lady behind me. I will not return to that location.Parking: The parking is terrible and the drive through was even worse. ⁰Kid-friendliness: If your kids are well behaved you can bring them.

I stopped by a couple of times already using drive thru which goes pretty fast for me. My Java chip frapuccino today was on fire. So good. They always make it very good but whoever made it today needs to be promoted to frapuccino manager. They are very friendly and always have a good attitude towards their customer.

Sometimes a bit slow in the drive through, but still faster then there other locations near me. They always get our beverages correct and yummy as hell.
