Took forever to get my order, very rude, and apparently isn’t a real Starbucks because I purchased a drink and it showed up in the app as something random rather than the actual drink

Poor service today — very disappointing experience at this Starbucks.

I politely asked for a little more milk in my iced espresso, but the barista refused in a rude tone. She reluctantly added a tiny amount and acted as if I was asking for something unreasonable. The cup was half empty — I simply wanted a bit more milk to balance it out, and I’ve never had this issue at any other Starbucks before.

Her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, which made me feel very uncomfortable.

I really hope the store can train staff to treat customers with more respect and consistency. I come to Starbucks for good service, not to feel unwelcome over such a simple request.

Worst experience ever in Starbucks, every single Starbucks I’ve been to was great until now. The staff was really rude, couldn’t take my order properly and had to wait couple mins cause other employee didn’t want to take order. After ordering, I told her I wanted to use my deal that I had but instead used my gift card and asked for remaining amount to pay, I’m like I want to use my coupon so I won’t have to pay anything but she ignored and kept staring. I was in hurry so paid out of pocket which I wasn’t supposed to. Never going to Starbucks again or atleast this one for sure.

I’m tired of the slow black guy not speaking! He never speaks, but he made sure he spoke to the pale faced man behind me. It’s disgusting when you see your own people with this type of behavior. And i can tell he subconsciously did it.

Young female employees are lost and rude. They need to watch their eyes, looking at there own kind like they have a problem. I tried to not judge but I had to leave this review after my tea came back very warm but not hot then on top of that it tasted nothing like what I ordered. To top that as I’m sipping and looking around cafe, the big boned female employees are looking at me like it’s a problem. They need to stop gossiping , mind there business and get to work. Line takes way too long for 6 employees.

Student of 6 years here: always something was missing from the order or the coffee tastes burnt…I got a vanilla latte with no vanilla syrup in it just right now?they also don’t accept coupons and order ahead. Terrible service and it hasn’t improved for the past 6 years. They just don’t care.

I would say as of recently I am pretty regular customer at the Starbucks and I’ve always had a pretty pleasant experience whenever I come here. I usually get the same order every time I come by which is a large Iced Chai Latte and it’s always made well and tastes great. The staff are very friendly for the most part. Will definitely come back again
