I had such a great experience at the Fishtown Starbucks thanks to Grayson! He went above and beyond to help me gather supplies for a special Starbucks-themed party I was throwing for my summer camp. His customer service was exceptional—friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind. It’s not every day you come across someone who cares that much. Grayson truly deserves a raise and a promotion. I hope his manager sees this—he’s a real asset to the team!

I know the neighbors this location is in sucks but yall gotta do better at hiring people who deserve the job !!! I’ve been in this line for 20 minutes and now I’m leaving because this is crazy like what could yall possibly be doing for this long ???
I ordered a venti Frappuccino but got a whip cream drink with a side of Frappuccino after waiting 15 minutes, I didn’t bother to make an issue over the problem as I seen people running back and forth headless. If you intend to visit this location ensure your drink is made correctly before leaving .
PS. I added a picture of the paper straw so no one says it was already sipped.

The person with dark hair and glasses who is always working the pick-up counter and drive-thru window rules and is always surprisingly pleasant even when they're slammed (and I would be being rude to people if I worked there 😂).

There’s one chick that works on Saturdays that ALWAYS gets our drink wrong. Without fail, lol. It’s become funny at this point. We come here often and the weekday team is really amazing and gets it right.
But I gotta tell you guys about Saturday chick.
Each time, we order our usual Oat Milk Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso. For anyone who knows this drink, the espresso sits on the bottom and the oat milk sits on top, making this beautiful ombre fade from milk to espresso.
First Saturday, she made it and it arrived looking and tasting like an iced americano. Dark brown all the way through. She and her colleague insisted that she made it correctly and that I should have just requested it to be more sweet. The guy remade the drink for me, but added several extra pumps of syrup, that I didn’t ask for. At least it was almost right. The guy kind of gaslit me and over corrected, so I was just eager to GTFO of there.
Today, we come and the guy’s not there. Our Venti shows up as a Grande. Ticket says VT for Venti. At least it looks right this time, though! We ask one of the other women behind the counter if they can remake our drink and she kindly obliges, but hands the cup back to the chick that got our drink wrong last time. Chick remakes the drink and another grande comes out, lol! We go back to her coworker and ask her to help us make it instead because it was wrong again. She is on a different station, so she hands it back to the chick that gets it wrong and was like — “it’s a venti.” Third time, the chick hands us a venti oat milk brown sugar shaken espresso. Third time’s the charm!
