Absolute dumpster fire. It’s like a half Starbucks trying so hard to be a real Starbucks but they can’t hack it. Your wait is always over 15 mins no matter what, how, or when you order. But at least you get to start your day off with a good cup of coffee, right? WRONG SO WRONG, after being packed like sardines waiting so long they have the audacity to make the opposite of what was ordered. If you can go ANYWHERE else save yourself some pain n just walk past this Starbucks.

Awful to the point of insulting. Bought coffee and breakfast there Tuesday this week and Coffee Wednesday. Wednesday, I was "greeted" by an individual so uninterested in working there, I really have to question Starbucks customer service policies. I purchased the coffee and asked for cream and sugar. The individual serving me pointed to the tip screen ($1, $2, $3) and pointed at the $3.Incredible that you feel you deserve a $3 on a $3.25 or whatever coffee and are holding putting the sugar and cream into the cup until I tap what "you" feel is an acceptable tip.How about zero? Oh wait, I have to tap into "other amount" to not tip.Ridiculous. Starbucks, you've been much better int he past. Will go out of my way to avoid this location at all costs when I'm next in Philly.

For some reason, this Starbucks has decided if you order JUST COFFEE, that it comes out with the food. Not food YOU ordered, just general food. So, you can order the drink with the most ingredients you can add and you will get it well before a regular coffee if the food is backed up. It is ridiculous to have to wait for regular coffee because of food. Additionally, what this does is if you have a fancy drink, and a black coffee, they won't come out at the same time. You'll have your fancy drink and have to wait and wait and wait for your coffee. This happened multiple times over 2 weekends.

A rude barista declined to make coffee for me. She said they don't have coffee... It's just ridiculous! She had all sorts of coffee behind her back. She is just too lazy to brew it and she has no idea what customer service is!An awful place with super rude and lazy people!!! I'm really disappointed!

Ordered a bag a food this was placed in without telling me, no options were given not even a refund. Didn't find out until getting back. Horrible experience.

Going here was the worst experience I've ever had with a Starbucks location. We expected it to be very crowded, but ordered ahead online since the app said to expect a 15 minute wait. It took over an hour and they only came out with one of our two drinks. We had to ask about the other and we're not sure if the machine didn't print it right or if it simply fell on the floor while the two poor baristas making drinks were scrambling around. Either way, the baristas making drinks were nice about it and made the other drink fairly quickly after that. The employees restocking and making food, however, were extremely rude and unhelpful. We ordered breakfast sandwiches and never got them because the employee restocking food refused to answer questions and just made snide comments about how busy it was, while the employee making food asked what the name on the order was, turned around, and then never told us whether he even had our ticket despite our issues with the drinks. We never got the food we paid for. We expected the crowd, but did not expect to be denied the food we ordered and paid for simply because some of the employees here couldn't be bothered.

Absolutely unprepared for convention crowds. The wait was 40 minutes for a single drink - they didn't have my food item and the insanity in there prevented adequate compensation.

Walked in and was never acknowledged. The two people behind the register were more concerned with continuing their conversation than actually greeting me. One of them looked at me repeatedly and never said anything or motioned for their coworker to take my order (I gave the benefit of the doubt in case he wasn’t the one taking orders) Overall, I got tired of sitting there waiting on the conversation to end so I left. As always good drinks. But twice they made our order incorrect. We asked them to please fix it and they pushed back. They finally corrected the order after the person making the drinks did admit to not adding the flavoring that the drink is made with. Nothing special was added or changed with the London Fog Hot Tea.

I appreciated that it was open at 5:30am, which is earlier than other Starbucks in the area. So I walked there today and saw the sign saying it was open at 5:30am.However, it was closed and nobody was in the store.
