Friday morning lady and here partner are very mean. They burned my coffee twice . Someone needs to teach them how to clean the coffee machine from the ground coffee beans at the end of the shift or when it starts

This is my 2nd time inside this location and each time I went in it’s an African American guy there cashier and I always ask for a Oatmilk plain in a regular cup and this time I asked for cake pops he used his bare fingers to take them out and I said no no no I don’t want that Starbucks must have a policy for cleanliness and hygiene you suppose to have gloves on this guy has a rude attitude as well I will never go back
Had I read the reviews first I wouldn't of come here. I ordered a hot chocolate large and it tasted terrible. It tasted like coffee black plain. But the hot chocolate version. They definitely are missing ingredients. Only took a few sips would of returned it but I am to far and didn't get a receipt. Just got a hot chocolate early at a Starbucks in moorestown new jersey and it tasted terrific compared to this trash. Was so looking forward to this comfort drink on this gray gloomy Sunday and today is my off day from work. Thank you for messing up my day and putting a bad taste in my mouth 😞😕🤢😞☹️

The girl her name tei very ignorant to customers not even apologizing at all and I were there Saturday morning at 9 am October 4 they all stand giggle at laugh and made fun of customers I went to all Starbucks at North Carolina and people work there very well train with customer service not phily

I want to give you feedback about the service at 1018 N 2nd St Philadelphia Northern Liberties; There were six people at the counter who refused acknowledge me or ask if I needed anything. I waited so long I to finally ask for help - just a cup of water after I had already picked up my mobile order. I was surprised because most of your stores are so friendly, helpful, and usually say hello when we walk in the door. The music was extremely loud as well.
All the staff working there is very nice, love it(;

I usually love a good Starbucks Frappuccino—it’s my go-to treat—but this visit definitely missed the mark.
I ordered my usual, and as soon as I saw it, I knew something was off. The color wasn’t right, and the taste confirmed it: way too much mocha syrup, and the whole thing was basically melted. My boyfriend’s drink was slightly better flavor-wise, but his was also pretty melty—and that’s despite the fact that we grabbed them from the counter the second they were put down.
What really surprised us was that the store wasn’t busy at all. There were only two groups total (including us), so the drinks shouldn't have been rushed or sitting around. It just felt like a lack of care in the prep, which is a bummer when you're excited for a treat you know and love.
Here’s hoping for a better experience next time!
Barista’s/Employees are consistently dismissive and rude. They never ask
for your name for an order. I saw the barista behind the espresso machine display a visual sign of an attitude when they read my drink order, this is embarrassing behavior. The wait for a drink is at least 10 minutes. Also when you ask them for a straw they give an attitude.
Pls for the love of God, someone learn how to make the Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Espresso. I’ve been having it for years and since moving to NoLibs is been made so awfully I can’t drink it. After the 30th time I just had to say something. Please follow instructions!!!! I even found the exact ingredients and tried doing it that way one the app, and you guys still messed it up.
Every uber eats driver that comes to your store to pick up orders is not a thief. Educate your stuff to treat us better.
Literally the filthiest coffee shop I've ever been in. The bathrooms were disgusting, the hand-washing area was trashy, and you can tell that nobody takes care of this place. On top of that, they didn't ask for my name when I ordered, the cold foam and everything about the coffee made my stomach queasy. On top of that, the cashier took an old iced coffee that was sitting on something that looks like an order waiting shelf behind the counter, poured the old iced coffee out into a new cup for me. Disgusting! Since it was sitting for a while, the ice was melted too. Also, the two men behind the counter that looked like women were talking perverted. Disgusting! Definitely not somewhere I want to bring family too, let alone bring a laptop and get some work done. Plenty of other local coffee cafes that are 10 times much better.
