I love this Starbucks! Today marvelous Monique watched my face after I sipped my drink and said, “Do you want me to make it again for you?” I wasn’t going to say anything and SO appreciated her offer. She said, “It’s important that our customers love their drinks.” Thank you, Monique! It’s a wonderful team of people at this Starbucks. They are all so kind and generous.

As I entered into the store, I was immediately greeted by one of the workers. After placing my order, I was asked if I ever had my drink made a different way and if I would like to try it that way. I agreed, worker waited for my reaction which I loved. It was delicious. In a space where people feel it’s just coffee, this team member made it an experience. Wanted to give recognition for a great experience provded by Bren. Thank you!
Not all employees are like this, but at this location, there are many who are rude and lack knowledge about their job.

I was running some errands in the neighborhood and stopped in to hydrate myself.
I mentioned to the counter staff that they should feel free to bring back the bench seating anytime they want!
Parking: Pretty standard street parking using the kiosk system.
Wheelchair accessibility: Pretty standard access for wheelchairs, their table seating I would describe as slightly elevated for a wheelchair user but not annoyingly so.

I ordered a venti size, no ice, but they gave me a drink that was about grande size in a venti cup. So, does 'no ice' mean that the space where the ice would have been is left empty? ？

"Barista" was rude, real negative vibe....lack of skills- l asked them to remake my order, they sighed then did the exact same poor effort again but with an attitude

The male barisa stared at me the entire time I was there to at 6 pm to 7 pm jan 7, 2023. I even caught him staring multiple times and tried to cover my face but the guy wouldn't stop staring. And I'm also a guy. Starbucks should train their employees that it is highly offensive to stare at a customer for an entire hour! I've never had suck a creepy experience ever at any starbucks.

I just encountered the worst barista ever a very rude male tall slim brown skin guy with a beard very bad customer service extremely disrespectful and difficult I would not recommend this
