I’ve been coming to this Starbucks faithfully since it opened about three or four years ago, and unfortunately the service has gone steadily downhill. The wait times almost never match what the app estimates for mobile pickup, and it’s become normal to wait significantly longer than expected.

While there are a few employees who are genuinely kind and pleasant, far too many are consistently rude or dismissive. They don’t greet customers, they avoid eye contact, and if you ask a simple question, they often act like they didn’t hear you. It creates an unwelcoming atmosphere that feels completely opposite of what Starbucks is known for.

At this point, I continue to visit mainly because it’s the closest Starbucks in my area—not because the experience is good. I really hope management steps in to focus on customer service and retrain the staff, because this location has the potential to be so much better.

Rude, just rude. They will talk to you in a condescending tone if you don't know the menu like the back of your hand. If you don't want to do costume service, don't work there.

I went in there today and the girl with the blonde hair at the register had a nasty attitude. The place was nasty on the inside. There were food stains and crumbs all over the tables, chairs, and floors. When it was time for them to call me to let me know that my food was ready the blonde haired girl didn’t say anything. She just looked at me like I was crazy, put the food down, then walked away and stayed in her area the whole time that I was there. Usually, when I go to Starbucks, the people are friendly and welcoming. I used to go to this location all of the time, but they don’t have to worry about me for a while. I’ll stick going to Smoothie King across the way (they have better food and service anyway).

Unbelievably too long to wait in the drive thru for coffee. No way to exit when in the line! Don’t do it!

Nice staff that tried to accommodate my order that wasn’t exactly on the menu. He was willing to change out the flavors for me. Thank you.

He also kept the station and seating area pretty clean too! Great job!

I wanted to share this because when you come into a place of business and use your hard working money to pay for items,services ect you want to feel comfortable knowing your going to get what you pay for minus the attitude. I have visited this location on a few occasions but my most recent 2 by far were not great at all. I went an place an order for a motcha an not only was the wrong order taken , I noticed the drink was being made wrong I said to the lady making it do you mind adding the Carmel to my drink she did not respond she just added it to the drink without asking if I would like it remade. She wasn’t pleasant at all. I made my way to a store close by and as I was drinking I felt something hard and luckily I didn’t swallow it, I took it out my mouth and looked at what it was an it was a small piece of glass in my drink. I immediately brought it back to this location and asked to speak with a manager and the young lady said she just went on break. Not if you would like to me get her anything. I then explained what happened and showed her the piece of glass. I was issued a refund however I think an incident report should have been taken. On a second occurrence I came to this location and the same person was making my drink by the name of Amie again my order was not taken correctly from the cashier and I let her know this she seemed very upset an unhappy to be working, when I approached her and let her know about the drink she again did not respond and corrected the drink she threw drink in the sink then slammed the cup on the counter and remade the drink. She was very rude and I also wasn’t given one of my items I ordered I had to come back in the store to get it and it still even warmed yet. I don’t know if I’ll be returning to this location if you are unhappy with your work environment do not take that out on paying customers.

Mellow Bear

Horrible experience, an employee named Ayleid was rude for no reason. The interaction was odd, as I am ordering my drink he interrupts me and asked if I worked for Macys and when I realized he was upset I apologized and informed him I did not hear him and the young man responded okay. Then he proceeded to be the best employee while making my drink and wrote have a beautiful day on my cup. The fellow went from rude to nice within second. Will never go back to that Starbucks again, absolutely just horrid.
