Came on Thursday morning (6/13) and the young lady definitely deserves a raise. She was there by herself and handled so many orders with composure while still providing a great service and smile. I didn’t catch your name but thank you! You’re doing awesome

It is not there..
I had an unpleasant experience this morning with a girl who seemed more occupied with chatting with her co-workers than helping me and another customer. We both were left standing there for maybe 10 minutes until the barista finally decided to acknowledge me, only to tell me they were out of what I asked for. Thankfully when I returned late in the afternoon, I had a more polite barista prepare my order for me.
Baristas were very kind and the drink was good too!
This place is the worse Starbucks ever. I had a coffee on Monday and one guy took my order and them the “barista” was on her phone, when she finished with her phone she started doing my soy hot latte. She start frothing the milk but left the jar by itself and keep checking her phone, by the time she finished, my late was boiling so I couldn’t drink it for a while and what was my surprise? It wasn’t soy milk. Managers should prohibit phones while working and focus more on customer services. I live close to that spot, but I won’t be back, I rather go to the small coffee business a bit further up where they have quality services and better coffee.
I've been to this location several times inside Giant. There always seems to be an abundance of staff ready and available to greet you. The counter space is always clean and the wait is minimal. My drink has always been on point. Parking is available on the lot but I have never used. Location likely gets more foot traffic due to street parking always being filled. GPS doesn't lead you to the parking lot rather to the front door of a one way street so this can be frustrating for some having to arrive but then needing to circle the block. Still a great location for me and I still haven't even purchased from the Giant yet!
Parking: There is definitely an attached garage. Reportedly free, but I tackle on street parking given the proximity of the Starbucks.
Wheelchair accessibility: Aside from the revolving doors, there is a door that leads directly inside to the Starbucks area. No steps or special navigation needed

Something about this Starbucks is off with how they make their drinks. I’ve ordered from there several times and the drinks taste a lot worse than at the other Starbucks nearby. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that it’s part of Giant, so the ingredients are different somehow. I would rather walk the extra 10 min to the next closest SB than order here, unless absolutely necessary. Management: please figure out what’s wrong with your recipes. They are all bitter and the syrups used don’t taste the same. I don’t think it’s the baristas fault.
They only have one barista doing all the work including taking everyone’s order. Also, not sure if it’s the barista’s fault but it seems like the manager instructs them to fill iced beverages with ice all the way up. Practically half the drink is just cold water. This Starbucks also charges extra for oat/almond milk whereas all the normal Starbucks stopped doing that. I’m going to the 20th and Market Starbucks from now on.
The best baristas you can ask for. They brighten up every morning! I wish Giant didn’t take away their tips. If possible, can you please allow them to use a tip jar! They are very deserving of it.
