Good old University of Pennsylvania Bookstore’s own coffee house. Located on the second floor, this Starbucks has foods and beverages sold at the chain. Escalator access. Baristas are always polite and professional when addressed. Free self served water and ample seating makes this Starbucks a safe place to study, read, and relax.
Staff is wonderful, very pleasant to interact with. They made me special hot chocolate which I greatly appreciated and they worked in a very timely manner, my order being done almost immediately.
