I was hesitant to visit this place as it was not well reviewed but I ended up having a great experience. The atmosphere is comfy, it was the only chain coffee shop downtown with a place to seat down and enjoy breakfast. There are restrooms and water available if you are a tourist as I was in the city.

Worst Starbucks service ever. I ordered four drinks. 2 cold 2 hot coffees. After two cold drinks, my hot drinks were never made. So I nicely asked where are my 2 hot drinks. This female staff made two hot drinks that I didn’t order. And accused me for ordering the wrong drink and had her made something more expensive. If you forget you forget not big deal. What kind of staff is this. Embarrassment to the company. Don’t come here.

Horrible experience with the staff, I have 2 huskies and from the beginning they were supper rude with us because of that, first they said if you don’t buy anything you can’t be here which of course I understand, when I mentioned them we where ordering trough the app the 2 girls in the counter just rolled over their eyes. After that when I got the coffee they said you can’t be here with the coffees and the dogs. As far I know all the Starbucks are pet friendly. Lastly when I asked for a pupcup they look at me like I was an idiot and gave me such a hard time.

Friendly service and staff members. This location is spacious with plenty of seating, both sofa style and hard table & chairs. You can easily fit a stroller next to your seat if necessary. Only downside is that this is a privately licensed Starbucks, so you can’t redeem your stars here for a free drink and they can’t hand out extras like cups of ice (but they do have mini cups for water).
