I read all the recent reviews so was a little leary, but I had a nice experience. The order taker was friendly had a nice greeting and parting salutation, and interacted with a smile. My coffee came out almost immediately and the food came just a few seconds more. This is a walk up location only, no indoor seating but several chairs and tables in the park nearby including some comfy looking Adirondack chairs on the lawn. The order and pick up windows are a bit small, so they may add to the perhaps impersonal interactions with the staff but again, I had a pleasant experience. They even put a friendly encouragement on my coffee!

Lady gave me a hardcore attitude treating me like a vagrant and tried to charge me 2.86 for a cup of water. Tap water mind you for 2.86 when it's almost 90° out. Thanks starbucks for making me feel like a low life

It was a cold day and I was experiencing a hot flash. I asked for a frozen drink and was denied a cup sleeve as my body was warm but my finger tips were cold. This has happened before and every time I ask for a sleeve at any other location I am given one weather my drink is cold or hot. This is the first time a barista told me they “do not give out cup sleeves for a frozen drink”. She said it harshly with no compassion and I wanted to be refunded for the drink.

The drink maker was so rude she made my caramel frappe HORRIBLY, when I asked nicely for her to remake she had the nastiest attitude and tone. People make it so hard for during Ramadan. No caramel whatsoever.. She told me next time order a caramel crunch.. No, that’s not what I usually order so why would I ? Only Starbucks I’ve ever had an issue with.

Mobile ordered 2 coffees, one with oat milk the other with oat milk and 2 pumps of vanilla. I stood in the cold 20 minutes after I had the notification that my order was ready waiting for it. And the coffee with the sweetener and oat milk was plain black. Avoid this Starbucks at all costs.
