I read all the recent reviews so was a little leary, but I had a nice experience. The order taker was friendly had a nice greeting and parting salutation, and interacted with a smile. My coffee came out almost immediately and the food came just a few seconds more. This is a walk up location only, no indoor seating but several chairs and tables in the park nearby including some comfy looking Adirondack chairs on the lawn. This coffee store is located downtown in the midst of the skycrapers and office buildings. It was a good place to stop on our way to our meeting with the attorney. We bought our good coffee to our meeting in cardboard cups.
