I need to know when Hope works because the girl that made my order didn’t do it right, I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch extra everything. Denise knows my order by heart which I love so much but whoever that girl was that made my drink looked unprofessional, annoyed, and worked at a slow pace. She didn’t even give me extra. Overall Denise would definitely be receiving a five star rating.
Had an issue with my order and asked for extra everything, was barely given anything. When mentioning it the barista Hope upsized my order and gave me everything I asked, will definitely come back just to tip her
Good location for those downtown, those headed to Society Hill, or those in the Independence Square area. We met all 3 criteria, so it was natural for us to stop here and enjoy some coffee and rest our tired feet.
