Steak was not prepared as I wanted it and the busser took our steaks and placed silverware on the plates before we were even done . Very disappointed. Service was good.
Steak 48 is the true champions in the restaurant world. The service is second to none, and the food is definitely in a league of its own.
Great service, great food. A bit pricey, but i guess that's expected. I'll definitely be back.
I went here to celebrate a birthday dinner with some friends. It was a fantastic experience. The food, drinks, and ambiance was nothing short of amazing. Will definitely be back again
The room they sat us in was 64 degrees. We asked twice for temperature to be raised. Three other couples complained about the same thing. If it wasn't for Joe not our waiter telling our waiter what to due our experience would of been worse. This place has went down hill from our past times. Dress attire of people in there in sneaks hoodies not what it was in the past. The best person that helped us at table was a young man boxing up what we took home. It was my girlfriends birthday. In the past they made it special. Planned ahead for this. Food server hands her plate with Happy Birthday on it and candle.
Just AMAZING! We were out looking for dinner and stumbled across this restaurant. The food and ambiance was amazing!
We had an amazing experience at Steak 48 last night! Mike took care of us and he was great- very friendly and knowledgeable. The food was beyond our expectations. Highly recommended this restaurant!
My steak was great but the seafood Mac tasted a little processed. Something about the cheese wasn't good. Maybe it was an off night for the dish. But if I tasted it before ordering I wouldn't have ordered especially for $50+ My server was great loved her personality!! Will be back!
The food was good, the service very attentive and our table location was perfect. I will say that we were surprised to see some of the attire from other diners at the restaurant however. The sign when we entered spoke of a “dress code”, which we respected and thought reflected an emphasis on higher class and respect for other diners. We were surprised to see people wearing hoodies, beanies and other garb that we typically see worn and is acceptable in pubs and taverns. That was disappointing. If you have a dress code, enforce it. Just a thought.
Starters were excellent. I would rate the steaks as average. The lamb chops were underwhelming. Excellent service though. Good wine list.

I’m writing this review due to a serious food safety issue from our visit on November 13th at 9 PM. We were a table of two and ordered the seared scallop & caviar, two NY strip steaks (medium rare), a mushroom side dish, one glass of wine, and one cocktail.
A few hours after the meal, my friend became violently sick with vomiting, chills, and diarrhea. About 24 hours later, I experienced the exact same symptoms. We hadn’t eaten anything else together before or after this dinner, so the timing is extremely concerning.
We also called the restaurant to report the incident and someone followed up once, but afterward no one responded or addressed the issue further. This experience was alarming and disappointing, and I hope management conducts a proper investigation to prevent this from happening to others.
Excellent service but the food was very mediocre especially for the price point. Nothing memorable on the menu.
Good and expensive steak place. Don't bother going if you do not want steak. Service was excellent. Food was very good. Atmosphere elegant. Only annoying thing was the upselling characteristic of Maestros.

Not sure why I haven’t left a review already, considering this was my 5th or so dining experience at Steak 48. Our first time, was without a doubt the best experience we ever had, which is what kept bringing us back. The ambiance, the service, the food, the drinks, everything about it was amazing. The next few times we returned we were seated in the bar/lounge area which is very nice but a little more busy than we prefer. For this last time, I requested a more private area like we had our on first visit. Unfortunately the upstairs was closed, but our server, Em, went above and beyond to make our visit excellent. When we finished, she took us on a tour of the restaurant and explained what each area offers and we located our favorite table, which is now on file for when we return. The food was outstanding, as always. The service continues to set the bar, with a call the next morning to ensure we had a great experience. We will definitely be back for future celebrations, as it’s our favorite steakhouse, no questions asked. We will be at OUR table, and will be requesting EM! 10/10 experience, every single time.
*it doesn’t take much but when you listen and pay attention to things, you can make the biggest difference for someone. Em, thank you for taking the time to listen to us and prioritize our comfortability for the next time. We will 100% be be back.*
