You know it’s bad when you have to login in to leave a survey , worst customer service picking up the phone talking like she got an issue with every response , like remember you clock in to work for the man for that check by all means do the job with a smile

Ordered delivery, the fries were not the same. It was drenched in oil and they were all soggy. Called back to speak with someone about my order and they had an attitude. They weren’t even willing to make it right. I order here all the time and I am very disappointed.

This went crazy.
Cheesesteak so light you could throw it in the air and it'd take off like a balloon. It's actually a breadsteak. Price went up not too long ago and the amount of meat has been less every time i order. Thought it was a fluke, but this is the 3rd time in a row now that it's mostly roll. Dont make the same mistake I did. Just don't.
I ordered a burger medium well it’s was dry and overcooked and not flavorful, and ordered a chocolate cake and it was NOT A chocolate cake, it was a whipped icing, not chocolate and fudge on it. It was more like a whipped cake not chocolate. Tried to call phone and line never went through. Just unnecessary.
