The quiche was a little undercooked but had a good taste. The soup I ordered needed salt and we had to ask for that since it wasn't on the table. The service was good. It was our first time there and would go again and try something different in the menu.
We eat lunch at Stir several times a year, as we did on this occasion. The menu always has some seasonal dishes that are appreciated; this time we shared the quiche and the caraflex cabbage. Food is well-prepared and service is very good. The decor and furniture is relaxing and the sound level is usually low.
Hosting an out of town guest, I was proud of our museum and all it had to offer. I requested a quiet booth for lunch and was placed perfectly, allowing us to catch up and share photos privately. The architectural details of the ceiling in Stir are impressive, but the restaurant lacks warmth, coziness and color, although the wrought iron detail through the shades is lovely.
