I walked a few blocks to pick up my pound cake, butter cookies, apple danish and donuts (not eaten in one sitting but I sure wanted too). They are flying, by my side, to Florida. They are now my favorite butter cookie by far!
There is no better place to get pound cake than Stock’s!! It is absolutely delicious! All of their items are! If you get there early enough, try their donuts and their butter cake. It is amazing!!
A great Philly landmark. Growing up in the neighborhood I took this place for granted. Now that I live 90 minutes away, there is nothing like it anywhere!!

Truly the best pound cake I’ve ever had. This was a hit with the family for Easter- the marble cake with chocolate icing was my personal fav. The girls working were so friendly and welcoming even though the store was super busy! I will definitely be back!!
