This is a longtime favorite of ours! Stogie Joe’s is my favorite pizza in the United States, besides my own :) I love the square pie with sauce on top, sometimes with pepperoni or sausage, always delicious and with a great crunchy crust. Other favorites are the escarole soup, sausage bites, and roast pork sandwich.

The atmosphere is a fun vibe, especially when they have the garage door open onto the outdoor seating. The inside dining room can get a little crowded but nothing crazy. It can be fun for a boisterous group reuniting on the holidays, or a quieter lunch with your family from out of town.

Service is always excellent with a little South Philly twist!

The crab gravy is as good as my mother's! And their salad is more like an antipasto. The only problem is, even though everything looks so good on the menu I always get the crab gravy because it's just SO good!

Food is amazing ...BUT I went a bought a Quart of crab sauce to bring home and i got home the sauce has no visible crab meat or any visible strans of crab nothing i called to make sure i got the right sauce and was told you dont actually see the crab meat but its there it is done with a machine and beatin into the sauce . It good sauce but no crab in it but still good sauce

First, let me say the food was amazing! The linguine with crab sauce was delicious and only my Mom could make it better. However, after one of my forkfuls, I pulled a long, straight hair out of my mouth. I have very curly hair…it was not mine. We informed our waitress and she did absolutely nothing. That was very disappointing! It kinda ruined what was a shaping up to be a great Saturday with friends.

The live singer was a great addition to the vibe. Super loud while we were there so don't expect to be able to hold a conversation
