Came in for a bite to eat with a friend. The food was delicious and the service was great! The drinks were great, too. The gentleman and lady bartending were very professional and attentive. I will definitely come back again.

A good place for drinks, however, the food was not that good. My friend ordered wings and their Brussels sprouts, I ordered nachos. Both were underwhelming. But, like I said, the drinks are great.

Me and my husband had a date night here and this place did NOT disappoint!! Everything from the food ,drinks, service and atmosphere was a 10 out of 10. This is a Black owned business we also met the owner and he was very friendly and polite!we most definitely will be back our server Sandra was amazing also and the wings are a must try .

Rather interesting place. If you intend to eat you need to place the order at the bar, which isn’t the biggest deal. However, the lady working behind the bar couldn’t be bothered to do squat. The man bussing the tables let her know we wanted to order and she proceeded to make a face and walk away. Poor dude working behind the bar with her was busting his tail.
The food. Meh. The wings I got were not the wings in the photo people be posting. They were so small More bones then meat.

Unfortunately this place is terribly understaffed and has poor communication between staff.
We selected a table and then waited about 10 minutes standing at the bar to place a drink and food order. There was just one bartender to take drink and food orders and to make and serve drinks and deliver the food. The drinks came quickly. After 35 minutes I waited again at the bar to follow up on our order. It turns out that the kitchen didn't have one of the ingredients in the order and failed to tell the bartender. Definitely not a great experience for our first time there.

Stopped in while taking in the city and ordered a drink, server made it seem like a hassle to make drinks. Then to top it off went to use the rest room and the toilet was overflowing and when I brought it to the bartenders attention they knew but didn’t care to do anything about it or put a sign up to not have someone find out the way we did. Will not being back

This is a hidden gem in philly fr!! The wings are THE BEST in Philly, the space is very versitle (you can go upstairs for a cute event or lounge vibe or chill downstairs- the aesthetics are giving tv ROM COM). The staff are so kind and the drinks were good (espresso martini hit the target)! I'm not sure if I want to share this just yet! lolol

Strangelove’s is an awesome hole in the wall-type bar that’s great for hanging out with friends and having a conversation or watching one of many options on their TVs (on a Saturday night, from college football, to Bay Watch, to Bob Ross). Reallllly great and chill vibes!

Ordered take out the person who took my order over the phone was super pleasant. Went to pick up order loved the atmosphere definitely will have a meal at the bar sometime. The avocado fries are great also got the Cajun shrimp basket which I found to be very good can't wait to try other meal options.

We were a party of 12 and it was such a bad experience. We walked in, the only ones there and it took the bartender, who was also the waitress a while to come take our drink order. When the food started to come out, it came out few dishes at a time. I would say from the first batch of dishes served to the last it took 30 minutes. The waitress didn’t come back and ask if we needed anything (I had to get up to the bar and ask for a beer) or even offer us to go boxes. I had to go up to the bar and had to ask for our check.
I wouldn’t recommend this place for a large group lunch/dinner, more as a hang out to grab a beer.
