Ordered online at about 640 on 9/14/2018 and my order was slightly messed up. But the woman who was there behind the counter at 710 cleared it right up! Need more employees like her. I did not catch her name sadly.
Food is great here. Yes it's mass produced low quality overall. And yes you get 4 half slices of cheese on every sub. But it tastes super good, they give you a lot of topping choices here. The subs end up being a good size and great value. The negatives are the price has no parking options. The place is dirty and doesn't seem to get cleaned in the eating area. Daughter and I walked through a cold and rainy night to visit here. It was worth it: prices we're decent, service was good, and the food was satisfying. We even had the place mostly to ourselves; I guess nobody else cared to brave the weather. The bathrooms are only opened by keys, and it was easy enough to obtain them by request.
