The employees ignore you in most cases and they don't fully listen to your orders They also close up 40 min before 11 which is ridiculous!
Typical college version of a chain restaurant. Selection is not as good as a regular Subway.
DON'T GO HERE!!! They wouldn't let me use my gift card, which was frustrating. But above all else they were rude, and had awful customer service. I would not recommended to a friend, and if my friend suggests this subway I won't hesitate to tell them to go somewhere else with their money. In fact I'm not sure I'll ever return here, over all a discouraging experience.
It's Subway, so your standards shouldn't be high to begin with. On a good day, the food is fine. There have been a few occurrences where my sub has been lukewarm/cold, even after going through the toaster. The chicken almost always has cartilage in it. That being said, when everything else is closed and you're sick of chic fil a, it satisfies.
