No restrooms, order online, request to cut into 3 parts but they cut into 2 parts. No recommends this place to others. Poor customer service.

The actual sandwhich tasted good, but the portioning of the meat was incorrect. I ordered a titan turkey and there’s supposed to be 16 slices. There was maybe 10 slices on there(which is less than a regular turkey 12inch) I’ve worked at subway in my home time so I’m aware of the portioning. Other than that the sandwhich tasted good and the environment of the restaurant is clean and neat.

Used a gift card on two separate occasions about six months apart. Their machine said it "declined" both times. Shortly after my account was drained. I made the mistake of flipping the card back and forth calling about the balance at the counter and I guess they either took pics or watched the camera. One card I had for so long so its suspicious that right after coming here and the card being denied a Google play store purchase was made within the hour

Did an online order for pickup. Sandwich was done Horrid like someone threw it together and the toppings I reqested were not put on my sandwich. Went back for replacement and the guy was giving me a hard time on a new Sandwich! Customer service is the worst! Stay far away?

Mobile ordered a chicken bacon ranch on Italian herb and cheese. She let me know on pickup they didn’t have Italian herb and cheese, only Italian bread. No big deal, although that just means they didn’t do their job baking the bread. I get home, open my sandwich, and my chicken bacon ranch has no chicken, and no bacon. How do you mess an order up this badly? I just got veggies on Italian bread
