I got scammed by Subway. Ordered the new footlong nachos and got a $1 bag of Doritos dumped in a footlong cardboard container that literally only lined the bottom and topped with a sprinkle of cheese and heated up to the point of being burnt all for $5?? I'm appalled and won't be back! Oh and no way to complain to corporate.

I went in to order a Italian cheese bread ft long sub but had to use the restroom, I , however was told that I wasnāt allowed because I didnāt place an order, I then shared with the staff , that no one was present at the counter and the lady said ā you see me now, she even denied me a meal , I then asked for her name and manager name and was told ā noā , the conversation was also recorded and ill definitely get this in the hands of someone importantš

Without a doubt the cleanest Subway Iāve ever seen. Pinky served usāthe ingredients were fresh and the subs ended up looking like what you see in advertisements!
Brenda (claims to be the owner and manager), couldnāt make a sandwich if her life depended on it. Iām not sure where this uneducated rude and disrespectful of a human being was spawned from but I wish you would change careers and stop being so negative. She lied about toasting the sandwich, letās be honest cold chicken is cold chicken. Her incompetent existence told me to call her back, she was busy. Then when I called back she told me she was dealing with a customer and could not do two things at once; fair enough multitasking isnāt your expertise clearly, nor is making sandwiches apparently. Ol girl Brenda here claimed to be the owner got snobby in the phone and then didnāt have a neck to hold her head up when I arrived in the store. What eye contact was too much for you to handle? Didnāt think I would come to the store? Donāt waste your time at this garbage store and peasant staff. Rude and disrespectful to the fullest. Better off going to the other dying subway franchises vs this location.

Today me and my wife went to subway and had trouble using a discount code. The gentleman in there was very helpful and patient with us however the Indian woman in there was disrespectful & rude. She kept a making side remarks when we were asking questions to the gentleman and once the order was placed I noticed there didnāt put an item I wanted so I reminded her and she said āoh just another thing neededā then after receiving our changed her rudely threw the money into the palm of my hand and sat the receipt on the counter. After eating I went up to get a bag the gentleman was helping another customary and she just sat there and stared at me while I waited for him to make 2 orders. Iām really disappointed in the customer service of this woman especially being someone who has worked in the industry!
