Horrible food. 🤮 Service EVEN worse!
None of the people behind the counter listen and it is very difficult to understand them, also. They get the order😑wrong EVERYTIME. Everyone I know has had the same experience.

This is the worst subway outlet someone can ever experience across the nation. Staff is so ridiculous and unprofessional that you can’t even imagine. This is the first time in my life that I have seen such type of annoying people running food business. They don’t know how to talk to customers and they don’t even care about it. Pathetic service and pathetic food. I suggest everyone who reads my review that never ever buy food from this outlet.

Horrible experience. I was asking the worker to put sauce on my sandwich and she ignored my request. I’ve been ignored for my own custom sandwich in my life. Smh!

I don't think anyone is acting on reviews. Usually outlets at food court have lower standards, but that doesn't mean the employees or the owners will come up with own rules. 4 veggies, 1 sauce are never heard of any of the subway joints, in addition to a disgruntled employee

If you want to spoil your day, go ahead.

Didn’t read reviews before walking over to this location. Lady employee at this location is very rude and unprofessional. She said we only give 4 vegetables for foot long (charges extra for more veg) which not the policy across any subway locations I have been to, portion was also very small and she was talking very rudely with loud voice asked to her to watch her words. She definitely hates her job or people here. I am surprised that she is still working here or subway corporate has not taken any action. Don’t trust food you get from her/this location as something is NOT right at this subway location. Wish there is an option to give zero stars.

Very Bad experience. Several time I visit I will go with smile and the staff is very rude specially lady with the scarf. She don’t listen what is my requiremnents and don’t know how to talk with customer calmly if I she her face I can’t eat happily that bad she treats. An also I think the owner don’t care because of lot of negative reviews but no change.

I love it here because the woman who works here is no-nonsense. It’s subway — learn to order. The worker isn’t bad at her job. You need to learn to be a better customer… I can’t stand bad customers who are rude and stupid. Also my food has never been wrong so idk what you all are talking about with that.

Stay away from this location! Very rude employees and they make up their own prices! I came here to grab lunch and had a horrible experience. I wasn't greeted when I walked up the lady just stared at me after I said "Hello". She started making my sandwich and she asked what kind of cheese I wanted I said "Pepperjack" she gives me American Cheese. I asked for some ranch on my sandwich she puts a dab and got irritated that I asked for more. Then she gives me the total and it's totally different from what I seen on the board. When I asked her for a breakdown of my price she points at the menu board and says, "This is what you asked for" she wasn't helpful. The cashier was very rude and nasty. It seems like she hates her job and I'm highly disgusted and will never eat at this location again.Side note to the lady helped me I called corporate and I will be following up with them again next week about your nasty attitude.

I ordered through app. They messed it up. Toppings were missing. From one of the sandwich cheese was missing. The bread was not toasted.Never ever order from here. It was the worst subway experience ever. I cant go back to the location and complaint after coming home.

The employee made the sandwices the way they wanted and didn't listen at all. The sandwiches look great on TV, these looked terrible. The meat didn't taste that fresh on the Italiano. Definitely disappointed. The cookie was the best thing I got.
