This facility falsifies their business hours. On the door and on the google page they say they open up for business at 7am however the workers don’t open at 7 every time I come to get lunch for later in the day while I’m out. The workers come whenever they feel like it and they’re not even open at 8 am. The workers here open up the store whenever they feel like it. It wasn’t always like this when it first opened up in the neighborhood. On top of that the food is no longer good. You end up paying between $11-$17 in the store just for them to give you a little bit of everything including the meat. It’s not worth spending your money here.

No wonder Subway is closing all their locations. This is what I received today ordering an Italian Hotshot. Do everyone a favor and just keep the doors locked if you don’t have enough ingredients to make a sandwich.

WORST SUBWAY EVER, the uncle type person works that doesn’t know how to talk and is always grumpy. We order online buy they didn’t show any option to add veggie patty to the sub so I just placed the order and went there and ask the person who was making my sandwich to add one and he said he will check with the guy. That guy scold him if you don’t see in the order just say NO even though they had the veggie patty there. I said just add I will pay extra but he talked rudely and was like I can’t do that he don’t even let me speck. However our order was on coupon BUY ONE GET ONE FREE so basically its doesn’t need to be charged. If nothing he could have said no normally. This’s the only closet subway we have and we’re going here since 4 year that guy always shows attitude. He never even smile when you wish him a good day. Not giving any business this place ever now.

Don't come here! Read all the reviews. They will scam you. I had my money taken and they refused to give me my food. I ordered online for pickup and they claimed it never came through. On top of that countless people said they screw up their orders all the time. This place is run down and doesn't even look sanitary tbh. The restroom door was broken and so was the toilet. Overall really terrible experience. Subway will let a ybidy have a franchise these days.

They’ve messed up the past 3 online orders I’ve placed here… I don’t know if they’re not reading the ticket or what but it’s getting ridiculous.

Doordash picked up the wrong order so I had to go to them to get a refund, called 7 times over the past 5 days, no one has picked up. I even reordered the sandwich and put a note in the instructions to call me and no one called me. Horrible customer service

The sub was good however I ordered a foot long turkey/ham sub which on their menu was priced at $8.99 . They rang me up for $11.99 I pointed it out that it wasn't the correct price and they said well it's not in the system. I said fine I don't want to argue but it's misleading. Then I look at my receipt and they charged me for the subway club so I pointed out again it wasn't the correct sub you rang me up for and he said well it's cheaper because you got turkey and ham which is not true because the club is always more expensive. Horrible experience

Today I went to order a subway sandwich and the guy who made the sandwich was talking on the phone over my food the whole time he was making my sandwich and with no mask. This location is a no for me and his customer service was horrible. Do better next time Subway!
