Our fav family subway and go to place to eat at the airport !!! The folks who work here are so pleasing and surely the best! My kid wanted a cheese sandwich and they were so sweet and made it to his liking !! Good staff - good business - happy customer - good raise for staff !!! Oh and everything is super fresh !!!! Manager takes awesome care of staff - it’s an airport location and they might be tired so give them some love while you enjoy the food they make !!!

The service wasn't great! Everyone seemed in a bad mood. I generally love Subway and how affordable it can be in expensive places like airports, but this location was so pricey! I paid $30 for 2 veggie delight sandwiches + a drink which is outrageous! I don't recommend eating here! You can choose a nicer place to eat for that price.

I don’t usually review chains but this one deserves it. It’s 8:59, about to close, my flight was >4 hours delayed; the lady took her last order seeing that there’s nothing open nearby. The manager(?) was trying to turn on the register to charge but it took too long so he basically offered me the sandwich for free. Thank you so much you two. I appreciate it so much! 🙏

The problem with this Subway is that they overcharge and don't even know how their own menu works. If you get a sub that remotely resembles the "premium" Subway Series subs they have on the menu they will charge you for that without giving you the actual benefits of the premium sub.

I'll give you an example:
I order a basic chicken teriyaki footlong usually at this place and they charge me for the "all pro" version. The problem is, the All Pro version of the sandwich includes double cheese and they never give me that yet they charge me for the "premium" sandwich every single time.

I've seen them do this with everyone who orders, they charge them for the "Subway Series" premium version of the sub without actually giving them the upgrades that sub comes with (often it's double meat or double cheese) and the customer doesn't ask for it either. Then the customer gets to the register and gets charged around $20 for a sub and is confused. Educate your employees, stop frauding customers!

As an airline employee, this has always been a go-to in between flights to get a somewhat healthy meal quickly and cheap. I always get the same footlong Black Forest sandwich (no extras) as a meal. It’s normally ~$13. I went there yesterday and it was $20!!! I asked why it was so much and all the guy could say is “bc Chick fil a is closed”. This makes no sense. It’s gouging at the very least. The guy ahead of me walked off when they gave him his total. I know prices are going up in general and this is an airport location but $20 for a simple sandwich is unacceptable. I can (and will from now on) get a decent meal elsewhere in the airport for that. This needs to be reported. Restaurants in LGA were fined for the same thing.

This place was supposed to be open until 8:30 and closed 20 minutes early. Was unable to order when everywhere else had a line. Multiple people upset about this.

Stopped by to try the new churro. Pretty sure the guy working there dropped it on the floor (in the bag) before handing it to me because one half was all scrunched up... that and I saw him drop something on the floor and pick it back up. Also, the churro was terrible! It tasted like raw bread dough... hardly any cinnamon/sugar. Ended up throwing the whole thing away after one bite. Wish I could take back the 15% tip I left. That'll teach me to pay before I actually receive my order.

I think employing real life geriatric sloths here might result in faster service. 2 people in front of me and 2 employees behind the counter with fifteen minutes to boarding starting, no problem, right? No. Almost didn't get on the plane for a sandwich. That I had to bring on the plane.

only one group of two people in front of me and it took forever to get my sandwich. something I'm now expecting from all airport restaurants but the kicker, they only alloy you to pick 4 vegetable for your sandwich. the only thing keeping subway alive is that you get veggies. this will be the last subway sandwich I eat.
