I’ve attended happy hour here 3 times and each time I have a great experience. The food is amazing and it comes out at a decent time. Very flavorful and filling. The drinks are delicious and the bartender is so sweet! I did not ask her name but she’s always a vibe! Everyone here is friendly and seems to love their job. I definitely recommend this place for large gatherings, happy hour, date night and I’ve even seen kids around. So it’s family friendly as well.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian nachos are absolutely phenomenal! Chefs kiss

Very impressed with this place, don’t believe the bad reviews. Went with a huge group of ppl and the staff were incredible, responsive and friendly. Food was very tasty across quesadillas, tacos, and enchiladas. The food is expensive and there’s a 4% service fee + 18% auto tip, but with a big group thats normal anyways. Music not too loud, nice environment to celebrate a birthday downtown.

We had a party of 11 and they put us in a private room on the third floor. Apps came out super fast. I got the fish tacos. Everything was so delicious. Service was top notch. Will absolutely be back. Seems like the best kept secret in town.. and I’ve been to el vez, etc. Sangria was great too!

We tried this restaurant for the first time. Ordered classic margaritas which were really good. Ordered guacamole for an appetizer which was avocado mixed with onions and tomatoes. No cilantro, no lime, no salt. Not good at all. Then we ordered fish tacos and chicken enchiladas with the substitute of shrimp instead of chicken. Fish tacos were good but for enchiladas they served basically 4 small soft tacos with shrimp filling with little Verde sauce. Rice and beans were not on the side. They were underneath the enchiladas so it was not easy to eat those separately.We found the place pricey. The enchiladas were $17 for chicken which was okay but then they charged us $9.5 extra for the shrimp which I found quite expensive for substituting chicken for shrimp. Plus for two people, they already added gratuity of 18%. Overall not happy with our experience.

Service was very slow. Place was not busy at all. The young waitress was obviously new as she didn't know anything on the menu or any of the drinks. Food was good. I had the fajitas. Prices were outrageous high. Plus it was just me and a coworker and they had added 18% gratuity and a $6 service fee. Total was $197.00. I DID NOT add any additional tip and when I saw the charge on my credit card the young waitress must have added an additional $20 anyway as my new total was now $217.00. Receipt says the server was Erika D. Be careful! My credit card company is looking into it.

I decided to take my daughter to Sueno to celebrate her birthday. We were there during happy hour so some of the food as well as the drinks were at a discounted price. I have to say that the food was delicious, the drink was ok I think it could have been less ice, a little more alcohol added for the price and there shouldn't be an upcharge of an additional $5 if you chose a specific flavor for your margarita other than the house margarita. The service was satisfactory. Everything was fine until I received the bill!!SMDH I was a little disappointed and confused by the additional charges that were added to the bill. There was a Svc Charge of $2.90, Sales Tax Charge of $3.40, and a Liquor Tax Charge of $3.00 and the Gratuity of 18% added to my bill which I don't agree should be automatically added. What if I wanted to tip 15% or not tip at all based on the service provided, that should be my option. Although the additional charges were small charges it is the principal of the matter. I was totally turned off, and I will have to reconsider dining at Sueno again. DON'T BE SURPRISED BY YOUR BILL, I WARNED YOU!!!!!!!

We had pre-made reservations that was made days in advance. Without notice, this sorry excuse for a restaurant canceled the reservation. It ruined a birthday surprise and it was just disappointing.
