I like this place, I come here a lot, but.. Today I tried the Cardamom Pistachio Foam Cold Brew and was pretty disappointed. I love Cardamom in food, and love it in Yemenite golden milk - I thought it was going to be like that.. Instead, it was a sprinkle of cardamom in the milk foam, which meant that every sip you get this bitter grittiness and the flavor is so strong. Couldn't finish it. A much better way to make it would be steeping the spices in the milk to infuse it, but strain all the pieces out at the end.

What a gem of a coffee shop. Nestled on a quiet Philadelphia street, this coffee shop has high-quality drinks, excellent pastries, and the best service. My iced red eye was GREAT and the barista, Jordan, was so welcoming!!! Check it out if you’re in Philly and love good coffee!

To all of the people who had a disgusting experience at this specific coffee shop. I BELIEVE YOU. That's the reasons why I stopped going to this coffee shop although the pastries and drinks are delicious. The fake welcoming attitude by that one gentleman who works there is disgusting. I believe he's racist. I used to frequent this place almost every day before I started my work shift but no more. The guy I'm talking about always worked in the morning. Always there when the shop first opens.

Really strange vibes. It s not wheel chair or walker accessible but also the staff is completely oblivious. They are busy blasting out horrible very loud music while ignoring you. Feels sterile cold and unhuman. You hold the door to even a healthy stranger. They are probably just too cool. Coffee was really good tho.

Coffee and food were OK. Service was terrible. Barista (woman, dark long shaggy hair, bangs) was warm to other guests and even their dogs, but did not have the same energy for me. I was looking forward to trying their fun seasonal drinks but opted for simpler ones to get out of there stat. When she called out my order she barely said it loud enough for me to hear that it was ready. Had I not been paying attention I would have been late for work. She called it out at perfect volume for other (white) guests. Don’t recommend going especially if you’re a person of color.

Very solid coffee shop that has good drip coffee, and espresso for me and lattes for my fiance. I wish they had the ability to have an in house espresso cup, but that's being nit picky.
Had a Chai latte with their homemade Strawberry Milk and it was deliciousness!
