I ordered the super squeeze and contains whey protein. Was delicious! Best place in Philly for smoothies. Thank you. Recommend for all public and gym goers. The large is huge too.

Best smoothies we’ve had in a long time! They are delicious smoothies made with fresh ingredients! And the customer service is top notch! It’s a family owned and operated business, which I love to see. After our first stop in, we had to come back the next day! Support local small business and come get a smoothie!

Great! Came out fast and the atmosphere is very nice. It smelled great!! She even gave us samples before the actual smoothies to make sure they were ok. We will definitely be back!

Best smoothie spot in the city! I go here regularly now and the quality of the smoothie never disappoints. The fresh fruits they use sets it apart from any other smoothie place. Owners are the sweetest and so welcoming too. Definitely recommend.

I am so glad to have found this place. The peanut butter smoothie is also nice and refreshing, and their other fruit smoothies are so tasty. We love coming here and will continue to!! Cannot forget to mention the sweet owner and her husband who always greet us warmly without fail, you can tell they are genuine people who love to serve the menu items. The interior is also spotless every-time we enter. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Unfortunately no smoothies are vegan, despite being described as dairy free. Please be careful and avoid this place if you're in a hurry and can't tell.Edit to reply: dairy free is not a well-defined term, and doesn't mean "vegan" at this location. All smoothies contain sodium caseinate, an animal-derived milk protein.

Dietary restrictions: No vegan options

If you’re at the train station and you need a smoothie, I recommend stopping here!! It’s near the 30th street exit near the Food Court sign. Note that you can choose a different base. They make the smoothies with a nondairy vanilla flavored base but you can select other options like coconut water.I did the Large peach mango smoothie with spinach. The large smoothie came up to $6 which is an amazing price. Smoothies nowadays can be so expensive. My smoothie was made in less than 2 minutes and I enjoyed it. I could tell there was real fruit in there which I like. Next time, I’ll change the base because the vanilla flavor was good but I prefer a coconut water or apple juice base for a smoothie.
