My experience with the Waterfall Room was outstanding! It was a pleasure working with Crystal. She answered all of my emails quickly, calmed all of my anxiety, and came through with a party that people will be talking about for a long time. The room was set up beautifully; the food was delicious; and the staff was very attentive during the entire evening. Sal, the m'aitre d' was fantastic! He stayed the entire evening making sure that everything ran smoothly and all of our needs were met. I highly recommend the folks at Swan Caterers if you are celebrating an occasion that will be remembered for a long time!

We hosted our fraternity reunion at Swan Caterers - Waterfall Room this past weekend, and they absolutely exceeded our expectations! From start to finish, Crystal was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and detail-oriented, making the entire planning process seamless. The banquet room was beautifully set up, the food was outstanding, and the staff provided top-notch service. This was our second time hosting an event here, and it certainly won’t be our last. Thank you!

I gave my mother a 75th birthday party this was a last minute celebration , they help me pull off a wonderful night , the food was excellent the staff was amazing I will come back again for sure thank you Carmen.... Best night ever for my mom
