She answered all of my emails quickly, calmed all of my anxiety, and came through with a party that people will be talking about for a long time. We hosted our fraternity reunion at Swan Caterers - Waterfall Room this past weekend, and they absolutely exceeded our expectations! From start to finish, Crystal was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and detail-oriented, making the entire planning process seamless. The banquet room was beautifully set up, the food was outstanding, and the staff provided top-notch service. This was our second time hosting an event here, and it certainly won’t be our last.
