This isn't real BBQ, this is what I would call wannabe BBQ, we sure aren't in Texarkana Texas, prices are insane and portions are small. The meats are bland without an ounce of seasoning, they slather the sauce on making it cover there lame tasteless meats. Pulled pork was bland so salty you'd think it came from a can !! Kielbasa was tiny and bland the skin was like shoe leather. There take on Cajun potato salad was poorly executed, bland and boring. There generic mac and cheese is pathetic bland and boring no cheese taste reminded me of generic grocery store mac and cheese, Kraft Mac and Cheese puts this to shame !! For the price $75 for two meals Id expect a heap of food not these tiny portions. These people that have reviewed this place clearly have never eatin real BBQ from down south or out west. If you think this is what real BBQ taste like keep eating this pathetic wannabe BBQ but for the rest of us that eat real BBQ don't even waste your time eating this slop... Sweet Lucy's Smokehouse what a joke !!!

Overall this is a great BBQ establishment. I have dined here on numerous occasions over the years; even ordered catering. However I can't help but notice a little bit of inconsistentcy; especially when it comes to the ribs. I took my son and he loved it, and hyped them up to his sister who wanted to go to Mission BBQ. When we ordered the ribs on our latest trip she didn't like him, and my son and I agreed that something was off. This wasn't the first time I observed a difference with the ribs. We ordered the platter for 4, and everything else was good.

Only reason I gave it a 4 and not a 5 is I didnt like the bbq sauce and that's key to a bbq place lol. There were no choices of bbq sauces either. However the food was AMAZING, tender well cooked and the atmosphere was fabulous 👌

First time coming to Philly for a mini vacation. Googled bbq places near me, and found the restaurant. We traveled with kids. They saw the place and thought it looked sketchy (it's by a warehouse). When inside. Nobody tells you that you have to place your order in a machine. Then you take a number and food will be delivered to your table. The place looked clean and with many people. Customer service wasn't the best, I think maybe they were too busy. The food was delicious . The ribs where very tender and right amount of BBQ. The Mac and cheese was very creamy and plenty. They also serve alcohol on the bar side. Would like in the future a kids menu with more options.

I came all the way from Uptown/Mt.Airy to try the well mentioned food they serve and I tell you DELICIOUS, the mashed potatoes and gravy 10 creamy spinach 10 salmon 10 BF brisket 10. I got my dinner for tonight for work and I'm please Thank You Sweet Lucy 😘
