Overall this is a great BBQ establishment. I have dined here on numerous occasions over the years; even ordered catering. However I can't help but notice a little bit of inconsistentcy; especially when it comes to the ribs. I took my son and he loved it, and hyped them up to his sister who wanted to go to Mission BBQ. When we ordered the ribs on our latest trip she didn't like him, and my son and I agreed that something was off. This wasn't the first time I observed...

Only reason I gave it a 4 and not a 5 is I didnt like the bbq sauce and that's key to a bbq place lol. There were no choices of bbq sauces either. However the food was AMAZING, tender well cooked and the atmosphere was fabulous 👌

First time coming to Philly for a mini vacation. Googled bbq places near me, and found the restaurant. We traveled with kids. They saw the place and thought it looked sketchy (it's by a warehouse). When inside. Nobody tells you that you have to place your order in a machine. Then you take a number and food will be delivered to your table. The place looked clean and with many people. Customer service wasn't the best, I think maybe they were too busy. The food was delicious...
