They have ghosted my order. I ordered cookies online from them on Friday December 17 with the understanding that I would be notified in two days when my oder was ready for pickup. So far no notice. I called and left a message as well as emailed. No response. I have filed a complaint with PayPal.

I should actually give no star. The bakery is actually not accepting orders but you would not know that by their website. Evidently the owners are in the process of "relocating" and have been since October. But the website gives no indication of this. You have to call to find this out. I placed an order on line on Friday, December 17. The website allowed me to pay and I received an email confirmation for my order that said I would receive an email in a one or two days indicating that I could pick up my order. By EOD Monday I heard nothing so I sent an email. There was no response and that is when I made a call and that is when there was a message they were not taking orders. I left a voice mail messaage regarding the order I made and heard nothing. I filed a complaint with PayPal. On Thursday, December 23, I finally did recieve an email indicating that I would have my money refunded. This is a very shoddy way of doing business. It has left a bad taste with me and will not do business with the bakery once the "relocation" is completed. Some points If you have not been taking orders since October why is there no indication of that on the website? Or better yet why is the website even active? Why does Google Maps say you are open? It took almost a week for me to be notified that they would not be able to fill the order. This was meant as a gift. Pretty careless to wait till two days before Christmas and a full week to notify me. Bottom line bad experience and a real shoddy way to do business.

Sweet November made my friend happy today! All she wanted was Hazelnut Cake from Swiss for her birthday, but Swiss is closed permanently. Sweet November bakery went above and beyond and made a perfect Hazelnut cake and it was an exact cake like Swiss and delicious.
