When i was ordering 2 custom salads for me and my mother the two black ladies were being condescending and had nasty attitude as I’m ordering the salads it’s just ridiculous that if you don’t want to work somewhere then don’t!

Salad was dirty. There were little grains of sand or dirt or something in my salad. I had to toss it. I tried to use 'contact us' on their website to let them know. It was useless. It's a bot which disconnected me when I left my complaint. Terrible customer service experience.

Missing ingredients such as pickled onion, a sad old piece of salmon must have been reheated at least 3x. Also, no tap

This location is doing something shady with their card reader that at worst forces you to leave a tip and at best is purposely misleading. I put my card in and nothing was happening and then I was told to just hit a number between 1-4 and hit accept. When I looked down I saw 3 tip numbers and a custom field but no zero option so I told her I didn't want to leave a tip, she reached over hit a button and handed me my card back without acknowledging what I said. She didn't offer a receipt and I didn't want to hold the line up so just left. But I suspect I ended up leaving whatever tip number was highlighted when she reached over.

Made to order salads. Plenty of vegetarian options and easy to customize your order. Seating is tight.Vegetarian options: A few items are vegetarian as is, but all options can be customized to be vegetarian.

When I went to create my "Make Your Own Bowl," I was given no food. There was low amounts of lettuce, and almost no topping options. I was given barely any toppings on my salad, the bowl was 2/3s empty, which they tried to hide by immediately adding a lid. They had barely any dressing selections. They had terrible stale slice of bread, with no butter options. Bread was cold. I walked in at 715 pm, when their hours online stated they would be open until 10 pm, they were mopping up the floors, and cleaning up tables. This is a huge safety concern, as any customer could have fallen. They were putting their chairs and tables, even though they still had almost 3 hours for dine-ins. This restaurant is not worth your time or money, stick to Saladworks.

This Sweetgreens location is the by far the worst location. The servers are always in a rush to throw your salad ingredients into the bowl. The salad has gotten salty over the last year. The price is expensive for a half a bowl of salad which is 1 scoop of each item. Then to top it all off, when I go to pay in cash I can never get my change because they never have any when there is a bank right next door. There excuse there's a change shortage. Thats been over and done with smh. And you have to ask them for a bag now as well.

thank you so much for taking reviews seriously! Ordered the warm crispy rice bowl at this location again and I'm so happy to report that it's back to being as delicious as before. My one star off is for the consistently dry limes and the app never notifying me of on time. The limes provided consistently have no juice and are hard and dried out, but the rest of the bowl was delicious. I ordered through the app and both times my order was definitely ready even before the estimated pickup time, but I didn't get a notification until a whole hour later. Just get to the store by your pickup time regardless of whether it notifies you properly.I also got the seasonal Renee Rapp bowl with some customizations (see pic for details) and it was so good!! Would definitely order again.

Ordered DoorDash while in the hospital. Did a build-your-own bowl. It was still warm, and ok, but super small, only filling 1/3 of the bowl. Looked like it had been sitting around all day. I had to tear up the full basil leaves that were on top. Gave me the sense this isn’t the place to go for quality or care. That said, it still far beat out hospital food!

I like their food, it’s quite healthy, love their salads. It’s just the staff is like so non professional, they act like as if dump everything in and move on fast kind of attitude, if they could just be little respectful to the food we eat, that would be nice. It’s always feels like they are in such a rush and they just wanna get us out. I only had once a person took her time and gently served everything and it made such a difference.

The Asian girl behind the counter does not know what she’s doing, just rushing to be quick but not making the food right at all. Complete waste of money I should’ve taken a picture before.. hot honey chicken I feel like throwing up, never will let her make my food again.

Healthy food that people who don't like to eat healthy will like to eat. Really delicious options.

Hands down the best salad spot in Philly. Price points are quite steep considering the ingredients are basic and easy to recreate at home but they’re fresh, fast and customizable.
