I work nearby and everytime i preorder my food for pick up it always looks kinda thrown around and as if someone threw my food in a paper bowl. i've learned to just go there and waste 5 minutes of my break ordering in store rather than pickup.

The BEAUTIFUL & GORGEOUS Lisa assisted me this morning with this order. I’ve never ordered in person at any Sweetgreen. (I always use the app). So I was completely lost on the process or correct order to go in.
Luckily Lisa was there to save me?? She was super patient,& guided me along the way. Best service I received from any Sweetgreen on the East Coast????

Very frustrated! 3rd time this month I asked for bread with my salad and the girls working the line say of course, then they do not give me one AFTER I already checked out. Very sneaky - seems something to do with if they do not receive a large tip. Please fix this

Used to frequently order from this location but the past 2 times I’ve ordered salad it’s always missing toppings. Not a huge deal for small toppings but when I’m missing 2-3 topping and added chicken I’m left with not much to a salad that I paid extra to add these things too. Staff is usually nice but I order takeout so I often don’t realize it’s missing parts until I have left.

I visited after work; I was warmly greeted as soon as I entered the establishment. My cyo bowl options were tasty and fresh and prepared quickly.
