Been ordering the crispy rice bowl thru GrubHub for lunch at work these last few weeks. I think it's one of the only gluten and dairy free items on the menu that doesn't make me sick. Today it was delivered with a bowl full of wilted arugula. Had to pick it all out. I want to give these guys a better rating but cmon, check your salad before throwing it in the bowl. For such a high price, the salad needs to be wayyyy more fresh ðŸ˜

I usually order from here at least once a week through Uber Eats because the food is consistently delicious. However, today’s order was disappointing — the portion was smaller than usual, and the presentation and quality weren’t up to their normal standard. For spending around $20 per item, this was honestly a letdown. I’m hoping this was just an off day because I normally really enjoy ordering from this restaurant.

As much as i love sweetgrewn this is the Worse sweetgreen i ever been in my life. They only had smushy basil that they still served to the customers. The workers were barely helping the one worker that just started today. Very disappointed im my experience today.

The BEST SWEETGREEN location in Philly!!! The ingredients are always fresh and in stock and the customer service is incredible. I drive an extra 15 minutes to this location after the gym nearly every day due to the consistently pleasant experience I get here. Lanaya and Jaiden specifically have made a point to remember my order by heart (Harvest Bowl, Blackened Chicken, with Cilantro lime vinaigrette) and they ALWAYS greet me with such a warm welcome!
