I’ve been to Sweetgreen locations all over the country and practically every one in New York City, and this one is consistently the best. The staff is always great, everything is super fresh, and there’s almost never a wait.
Rose is especially great! She’s always friendly and makes the experience even better. This location sets the standard.

Ordered a guacamole greens salad for delivery and didn’t get tortilla chips or pickled onions. There was basically no chicken either. Insane amount of lettuce. No way to contact the store directly to resolve the issue and their customer service is just an automation death loop. At least they included dressing I guess

I’ve ordered thru UberEats from this SG multiple times and EVERY SINGLE TIME I have an issue. This time the salad was inedible. The sweet potatoes and wild rice were undercooked and they left out 3/4 items in the bowl. Appalling to spend $25 on something I couldn’t even eat.

I ordered on doordash and went for pickup. I came back home, opened the bowl, and see no steak or mushrooms that I added. None. I go back to ask, and the worker looks at me like I’m lying to them and doubfully hands me a box with ten teeny weeny pieces of steak. I had to pay $7 when I added steak on the app. Ridiculous service. Never going back.
$20….for lettuce and rice essentially. Paid for salmon. No salmon.
