Order the hazelnut cake for Christmas it was so bad it went in the trash never again and that is to bad not the same recipe at all I no been getting them for 62 years so don't waste your money never again....

This place has really been going down hill. Not sure what has happened the past month or so but it keeps getting worse and worse. Definitely will never be back. And will not recommend to anyone else ever again.The few good people that were there when I started going are nowhere to be seen. . The quality of the pastries used to be top notch. Now it all seems to clumsily put together and the taste is definitely different. Not sure what's going on but will no longer go back.

Very disappointed, ordered a 10 inch mocha cake 2 days advance. When I got there the cake was not even made and had to wait 30 mins. But when the cake finished, i noticed its not the cake I order. She brought a a hazelnut cake instead of a mocha. She refused to aknowledge her mistake and refused to give me refund nor make me the right one. I am very sad about the poor service that I have received. This was the only place I buy my birthday cake from but not anymore. Worst part of the whole thing was I overheard the employee saying the cake was not raising. But didnt imagine that was my cake. I will not return, and I hope the owner could correct their employees action. I paid $45.00 for poorly made cake. Please say away....

My preferred location for tasty cafe food. Great food with quality ingredients. Looking forward to returning with my coworkers. This place has an awesome atmosphere. Kinda of like a restaurant in Los Angeles I loved to visit.

I am so disappointed. I didn't realize that the store relocated and when I went in today the selection is cut more than in half. They do not have the variety of goodies that they used to have. I used to get a variety of cookies and today there were only 3 different cookies to choose from. VERY disappointing. I will not be going back there. And it was a favorite place to visit for sweets.

Went there today order the hazelnut cake was very delicious nice good business environment clean service was excellent lady at the counter was very polite and respectful quite and clam casual spot to have my coffee and cake to get ready for my work day

Giant scoops of rich ice cream. I tried the mocha chocolate chip and salted caramel and they went really well together! My bf got the ginger and Thai iced tea flavor and loved it as well
Not the same bakery as the Swiss Haus on 19th that closed a couple months ago. Only the name and logo seem the same. Different people behind the counter, probably new ownership - if not, they're cutting costs. Fresh but not much better than a supermarket pastry section. Pastries are significantly smaller than they were for approximately the same price. Sad that the 90 + year old business that was on 19th seems to be gone.

Don’t go here my family and I ordered a cake for my sisters birthday diner a week in advance and upon arriving to pick the cake up 3 hours before the diner they tell us they have no cake no one could even find the order which to me means they never put the actual order in. They didn’t even try to accommodate us the man just shrugged his shoulders and said sorry we left empty handed and careless for the diner I highly recommend you go somewhere else

I don't go here anymore. Used to go in the morning for breakfast, coffee and a muffin. But service became too slow, and the food wasn't that terrific anyway. But it was convenient on my walk to work. Didn't go in for a couple months because of that. Just went in about 10 minutes ago to see if it was any better.

I've always liked this bakery. Their cakes are delicious. But I recently ordered a black forest cake and I was disappointed. The sponge was thick and heavy and they didn't even have a cake board at the bottom. Instead, they placed it on a styrofoam plate which was smaller in diameter than the 7" cake i ordered. By the time i got the cake home, the top layer slid away from the bottom layer and I had to do some damage control.
