Ambiance was nice !! Food was plated nice however the cheese on the pizza was way too salty for my liking thank God my daughter doesn't eat cheese and we scraped it off for her.. that would have been way too much sodium for a daily intake for a child .. and my truffle fries were lukewarm considering we were only one of two guest in the establishment at the time I feel my food should have been hot! But the waiter whom served us .. he was nice .. however as for his coworker.. she complained the whole time as she sat at the second floor bar ... we were seated by the front window and we could hear how unhappy she was.. : /

Toska (Töska?) is a laid-back two-storey restaurant in what I would say is the main drag (or village center) of Mount Airy. The décor is simple, spare, and there are attractive blown-glass-looking accents strung on cables. The server was quite friendly, which in Philadelphia is not a given. We ordered eggplant parmesan sitting atop fettuccine in the requisite marinara sauce, which my husband liked a great deal, and a Wagyu burger on brioche, which was surprisingly good: the bacon was done exactly right, not sliced too thickly, and the burger was medium-rare as I had asked. French fries are decent, certainly abundant, but they're a little flaccid (they are, however, "real" fries, not the heated-up deep-freeze variety we see so often). A salad with cucumber and fennel and small tomatoes was perfect, as was the burrata on a bed of arugula with slightly roasted small tomatoes and a vinaigrette. I like a slightly more room-temperature burrata and one that is a bit less firm, but this one was fine. The ambience is good, except that the much-touted wood-burning oven perfumes the entire restaurant a little more than it should. Also, it would be good to have sparkling bottled water on the menu.

Drinks were delicious and refreshing. I enjoyed the omelet. The French toast was not my favorite. Overall I would return to try other items.

Have to start with the atmosphere... A+ friendly family feeling while dining. We went on trivia night which was a blast!!! My 8 year old ate every last bit of his cheese pizza, which never happens anywhere we've been before. My husband and I shared the flama burrata and it was a new try but very good. Next the Alfredo was so smooth and creamy. The steak frites were scarfed down immediately!!!! My favorite is the hand cut fries, they're worth a whole trip alone. Overall it was such a fun night out and will certainly return.

This was my date night. It was the first 80 degree day of the year and it was hot and stuffy in the restaurant (on the second floor). I needed to go outside to get air. I told the bar tender that I would need to leave since it was so hot. They put the a/c on and it felt much better. It went downhill for me once my waiter took my order. While my waiter was taking my order, he scratched his hair twice. That turned me off immediately. I ordered a seltzer with lemon. He squeezed the lemon in my seltzer after having a scratch fest in his hair. I left the restaurant.

It was fun trying different kind of brewed beer on tap. You can choose 4 kinds of beer from the menu. I like light beer and enjoyed light lager and pilsner ❤️
Burger was so juicy and so tasteful. Also there's no sports blaring on TV so you can enjoy conversation. Pizza was so good including the dough so I ate all the crust. I'll definitely come back here often?

I’ve been here for brunch and dinner and both were great! The menu has several vegetarian options and some Bosnian dishes that reflect the owners’ heritage which is cool.

I wanted Happy Hour. I even asked if I should sit at the bar. I was told I could do Happy Hour in upstairs dining room. The hostess even asked the bartender for clarification. I was led up a long, steep staircase to sit near a boisterous family with noisy toddlers while the rest of the room was empty. There was only one server who quickly became overwhelmed with tables. I was given time to peruse the full menu but when time to place my order, so was told that I could not have Happy Hour. Also, now Happy Hour was just 15 minutes to end and bar seats were full. I just left sadly. I do not plan to return. After online researching of reviews, yelp pics and reading local foodie articles- I realised that I fell for the hype again. Reality is usually disappointing. For every new place opening, former eateries have already closed. I decided to retreat to a bar I know that has been around for years- before, during and after the quarantine, McMenamin`s, and ENJOYED delicious chicken tenders, fries and a potent cocktail for reasonable price. I am just gonna be grateful and loyal to businesses I already know and trust to get good food, great drinks and friendly service.

Just came back from the place and I have to say I absolutely enjoyed the staff and how pleasurable they were. It really was the highlight for the place for me .The food was really good as well! There was a little mishap, but that’s mostly due to how busy the place was in general so I really didn’t mind. They were very apologetic with that small mishap, but they were also really busy so I don’t blame them . I’ll give this place a 10 out of five stars

Pizza was really good. Our waiter seemed a bit harried. Some reason the four of us were seated on the second floor-no one else up there. So the waiter was obviously tending tables on the first floor as well as ours. A late lunch almost became an early dinner because of this. As I said the pizza was very good was the cheese
