Eddie and I checked out Taco & Ramen, and it was such a cute spot inside with a cozy vibe. The staff couldn’t have been nicer — super attentive and welcoming. The food was out of this world! The Italian Egg Roll was crispy and delicious, the Pork Gyoza was packed with flavor, and the Shrimp Tempura Taco was hands-down our favorite. We left full, happy, and already talking about when we’re coming back.

The vegan options for ramen honestly are better than any non vegan restaurant ramen I’ve ever had, amazing appetizers that also include vegan options. The service is quick and very thoughtful. The chairs for 2 people are literally the most comfortable, it’s nestled in an area full of fun shopping for alternatives too. The tacos are big and very filling. The prices beat Akira by a landslide, it’s a shame when we went it seemed so slow. People please give this business a chance.

So astounding. Very nice workers, quick service, cute space and the ramen was like no others I have ever tried. Like heaven I recommend coming. I will remember this place for a long time!
