Ordered $44 in food off both the KFC and Taco Bell menu in the drive thru. They gave me the KFC items but not the Taco Bell items, when I mentioned the window worker and two others seemed frustrated by me asking for the remainder of my order. After 17 minutes I received my Taco Bell menu items with 2 of of items being wrong so I asked for it to be corrected and waited 6 more minutes for the correct items. Got home and the food was horrible off of both menus except the KFC bowl. I’ll never return to this establishment.

Woman at the noon drive through is cold and dismissive. You can barley get a question off before she's answering, and it wasn't even what I was going to ask. She should be in the back, somewhere away from paying customers.

It was not pleasant at all and the tone she took with me was unacceptable 😤 By the time I got to the window the person was super pleasant and engaging

The wait was extremely however the manager was very polite, professional and try to accommodate everyone even when customer was getting upset, he remain professional, he was the only one that was ringing up and serving at one point before he gotten any help, have waited got my food hot and fresh, he aplogized for the wait time and was very courtesy, I normally dont even eat KFC I normally go there on Tuesday to get chicken for my mom, I happen the taste the Chicken straps this time and it was amazing, he is a great asset to the company, he is amazing of multitasking with a candor attitude

I work in the community so I go to different places to use the bathroom. I bought a small Mac and cheese then asked if I could use the bathroom. Worker said they are out of order. I said that’s the only reason I bought the Mac and cheese. Worker just walked away from me. Didn’t even offer to refund/return the Mac and cheese.
Even if the fix the bathroom I’ll still never coming back here, when for food.

I don’t really leave reviews, especially negative ones but this has changed. After a few times ordering from this Taco Bell or getting take out. They just cannot get it right. When I order online, it always arrives with items missing, or incorrect items. poor food quality, the food is not so good. The customer service is not so helpful when I am doing take out or delivery. No one never answers the phone. It seems the Franchise Owner of this location doesn’t care about their business or customers. Referring back to the other reviews, how is this location still opened? I will never spend money here again!

Called to speak with a Mgr. About My Horrible Food Delivered..instead, I was hung up on 8 times. Never received Beverage but charged for it. Bearly had ANY FOOD on My Tacos. A total mess. Trying to adjust the Cost thru Uber eats. I have my Receipt
