I love the taco bell touch screen & I'm really impressed with the quality of food at this location. Even tho the ingredients may come pre-made, you can tell whether they were assembled with care. Great location ?

Girl taking order at the drive thru could barely hear what we're ordering than when we came up to the window refused to correct what we order, her and her manager refused saying this is what we heard you say so this what your basically getting, we go to this taco bell all the time, but seem like its under new staffing and their very rude and unprofessional

Second time that I came here and my food was cold, rice was hard and I had to wait for my order despite being the ONLY person there and ordering 10 min before I had arrived, was also told to pull back from the window ? I would have understood if there was a line etc but… a little disappointed after spending over 20+ $ on food and having it be close to inedible

The thing about reviewing fast food restaurants post COVID-19 is that they are all depressing and no fun.
Most fast food places give their focus on mobile orders and drive-thru these days. I decided I wanted to go in and eat.
Taco Bell has a great system where you can order your food on a screen and customize it in ways that you usually wouldn’t think of when ordering person to person. But the inside of the place feels baron and no fun. I miss the days where you could go into a place and there’s life. People eating, workers walking around the floor.
Not saying this store in particular is bad, but just all fast food places in general lately has fallen to the post pandemic delivery/takeout plague.
Lastly, food ordered by customers, in person, seem to take a seat on the back burner to the grub huh/uber/door dash orders. In my opinion, if a customer is there and waiting, they should get prioritized.
Wheelchair accessibility: It’s wheelchair accessible.
