Dude, the service at the drive thru was top notch. I was a couple bucks short and the lady made it so my order matched the money I had, and was super pleasant about it! The food was on point and the person at the money window was super awesome too! For Taco Bell, I was pleasantly surprised!

Rachel did a good job taking our special vegetarian order. Took the bag home and noticed one item was missing. Called Rachel who asked if I can go back and get it. She apologized and made two of the missing items to make up for the mistake. She was managing the store well on a busy evening.

The order kiosk is total garbage terrible,and they don't even want to take your order at the register. What the hell? Never been to such a store that is so anti taking your money. This place sucks as do all places that force you to use a kiosk.

Ehhh, it's Taco Bell, what else do you expect? That being said, the prices are ridiculous now and the portions keep getting smaller. Have you seen the size of a Mexican pizza nowadays? Tiny.
I like the freezes and one day might try the agua refresca. But otherwise, why spend $10-$20 on this when I could have a $6 Wawa hoagie on the same block... Or some classic Italian pizza/pasta a bit further down... Or even some sushi rolls or Hibachi set with a drink at the end of the block? Taco Bell is fast food, not even authentic Mexican... Why pay an arm and a leg?
So 3 stars across the board, but 1 star for pricing/value.

Absolutely NOT!! The need to clean the fryer! My Chalupas’ taste like grease! None of what I asked for or what it comes with was on it. Not an ounce of sauce in the bag. All I could eat was the cinnamon twist. There is. NOTHING!! Worse! Than a DISGUSTING!! Late night meal.
