Second time that I came here and my food was cold, rice was hard and I had to wait for my order despite being the ONLY person there and ordering 10 min before I had arrived, was also told to pull back from the window ? I would have understood if there was a line etc but… a little disappointed after spending over 20+ $ on food and having it be close to inedible

I tried to order at the drive thru, been here many times, I was rudely talked over continually, then left without placing an order. When I called to speak to the manager he blew me off until I told him that I'd just complain to the corporate office, then he took it seriously, had enough of bad service and marginal, often cold food, not coming back. I generally don't post bad reviews unless I experience bag service multiple time. Again never coming back, there are better places to eat close by

Haven't been here in awhile so tonight decided to bring my son and 1st hate that you can't just order in person anymore that kiosk thing is annoying. Then I get out food wasn't made right also not cooked properly so just brought most home to make it the right way and worst part is apparently working there includes males going into bathrooms with female coworkers to smoke, do crack whatever they was doing cause the male was in ND out repeatedly female was inside for atleast 15mins smh VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF wonder where the manager was? Will NEVER go there again! Only gets 1 star for it at least being clean

This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I come here often but today I experience a different level of disrespect. The guy that makes the food snatched the bag out my hand just because I asked him for fresh fries. You shouldn’t expect someone to eat cold nacho fries. I was respectful but this crew they had tonight was the worse.
While my tacos were tasty, I was hoping for a little more filling, meat, cheese and beans.The restaurant was spotless, service fast, friendly and efficient.Free Parking.

I did not enjoy doing the order on the machine than had to pay with cash to the server. It was very difficult to do. They didn't even help me. I never use it before and they couldn't help me with it. Just told me I had to order it on the machine.

Don't go here. Manager lies through teeth. They will not do simple requests, ie toppings on the side, and they don't prepare the food properly, ie grilling burrito that's suppose to grilled.
