Love this place however on this day they didn't have something I ordered (no biggie) so they gave me a coupon for a free taco or something in equal value... but the I noticed once I got home the coupon is 2 years old ?

We spent close to $80 for our delivery tonight. 2 of the quesadillas did not receive meat. There was also a long hair in a taco from the party pack. I also work in the industry, and after working 13 hours, this is what I chose as my “meal” for the day. Just gross. Disappointed please use hair nets at the very least and the best scoops.Update- decided to try again bc Taco Bell has some new items my husband was interested in. Instead I get a mouthful of hair AGAIN. Who is literally running this establishment?

This restaurant has an issue with rude employees, and the RGM is one of the most incompetent management operators I have encountered in my 57 years of life. I believe they said her name was "Ana".I tried to give this location an opportunity after a few bad visits, but this is a habit at this point that seems to originate from an ineffective leader. She clearly is just in it for a paycheck and lacks any customer service.Food was terrible and smelled even more awful. I tried to get a refund and was told I had to call their district manager to "authorize" it but would not give me any contact information to follow up with them.

So I just went thru the drive thru and the girl with the red hair who can't talk right got an attitude with me over trying to place 2 separate orders so I got a worse one back with her. When we pulled up to the window I let her know that I wasn't in the mood and she just stared at me I guess trying to intimidate me so I stared right back at her until she cowered and closed the window. Maybe teach you employees that if they're gonna get an attitude with customers at least be to handle they give it back to you because she didn't seem to like it much. Or even better maybe just don't have a nasty attitude at your job because she didn't seem to be handle me having a worse attitude. My quesadilla was great tho

Never in my life I had to eat rotten food the meals costed 25$ in the trash I did not eat mines after I tasted the rotten of it the pizza style taco. My partner was “ ah is you with your stuff “ and ate his anyways and had the runs while walking home. He learned his lesson to next time listen to me!! I work with food I know tomatoes and beans not supposed to taste rotten. Like it was left out over night not properly stored every day. This place should be shut down 3 people was working there talking more than cooking I should had know when I saw I was the only person buying cause usually Taco Bell’s are busy.!! I’m so pissed at these restaurants not giving these workers handling food safeserv lessons. How to keep food at a good temp and throw away the old stuff. This so bad I can’t even eat in my own city.

NEGATIVE STARS- HORRIBLE SERVICE!1st. Stop TB on BustletonAbsolutely awful! Not sure if it's me, but they have a poor quality of customer service and no respect. Walked in to place an order, waited 15 minutes before someone decided they were going to come help. When asked, how I can be helped I proceeded with my order, not even half way through the order the young kid looks at me and says, "yeah no" and walked away to take orders from the drive through.Absolutely horrible! Will not go back and would give negative star if I could.Left that Taco Bell and went to the one on Harbison Ave. Placed my order, waited over 30 minutes to get it. My craving box comes with a drink, I was charged for 2 extra drinks...I order 3 Craving boxes, only received 1 order of the cinnamon twists. I was already aggravated from the incident at the other TB, so I didn't look at my order before leaving. When I got home I noticed it. Horrible...check you're orders before leaving.

Whatever girl worked at the drive through window on 11/26/23 at 10-11pm with glasses is rude. I picked up food for me and my family, I felt rushed put of the line while I was trying to check and make sure everything was there. Then I get home and low and behold my fiance was missing an item. He drove all the way back 15 mins away. She was still at the window. (She has glasses) He tells her the issue and she tells him she can't do nothing for him because the car conform whether or not he received it. He then asked for the manager and told him what she said and how rude she was. The manager rectified the situation but that girl needs a class on customer service and how to talk to people at the very least. Thank you!!!
