This was the worst experience I've ever had at taco bell. I pull up put my order in pull around to pay, after I pay, they tell me to back up so I'm off the sensor(so I don't mess up their times. I had to wait 15 actual minutes. That was crazy .

Disgusting. Serving old meat wrapped in tacos. I brought a cantina burrito with chicken, the meat was so brown I thought it was beef. Asking customers to back up and pull forward when told for drive through times. NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS FILTHY PLACE AGAIN!!!
It’s like no one want to work but it’s stay good to save some money and good diet if get there you wannna go out asap

Food was fine, sat in five thru for over 20 minutes as the first car in line. Was asked to back up about 10 feet from the window, so everyone that came up behind me thought I was the idiot that was pulling up to the window, and proceeded to drive around me only to notified to park somewhere else. EXTREMELY UNORGANIZED and VERY SLOW SERVICE!!!

Not very happy with this particular Taco Bell. It was the first time I came to this location and probably will end up being my last.
They messed up my order by giving me the incorrect items, not including the correct utensils or napkins or special avocado Verdi sauce, and no napkins or straws.
I felt bad for the poor guy that they kept making coming out to the car to correct the order. He ended up coming to the car four times.
Also I noticed that the gentleman pouring my drinks kept rubbing his nose with his finger. And I was spoken to through the drive-thru menu board with slang, which I thought was extremely unprofessional.
I used to work for Taco Bell as a young teenager and would never speak to people using street slang through the drive-thru.
