Takka Grill & Pizza On Chelten Ave

We have been LOYAL customers for about 4 years now. Since the baby was born. We moved into this neighborhood and found the best spot to get the right pizza for the lady and myself. We have since then order many times due to busy schedules. Quick fix and what not. To the point that the owner new names. Today it came crashing down. As he claims to be busy which is fine. He did not announce it through phone. 1 pizza took about 1 hour and 35 minutes. He was told that the pizza was cold and dismissed us like he didn't care about the years we've came here. His words exactly were customers don't do me favors by being loyal and or ordering from me. Business is business of course. Exchanges for exchanges. He lied through the phone and said the boss wasn't there and as soon as we get in there guess who it was? It was him...lol
The service today was the worst received and business will definitely be taken elsewhere. I don't even understand how someone with such lack of service could be running a place like this. I hope no one has gone through this. It's very disrespectful and I think that people should reconsider this place.

Nasties pizza I ever had cheese not all the way melted and it’s cold!

Very rude and talks down to customers, they let the apps they do business with rob their customers charging more for products plus fees.they also lie to app partners about pricing.

Inconsiderate, rude & demeaning. Are ok with customers being taken advantage of when ordering with partnering delivery services. They price gouge and over charge when you don’t order from them directly with no warning then call you broke because you ask about it and why. The way they spoke to me was disgraceful very bad customer service. Never going back!

I had been eyeing the takka pizza which is supposed to have pepperoni, steak, bacon, garlic powder, green peppers and fried onions. I think they sent the steak pizza. Also, I asked for marinara on the side and they sent something like salsa...

This is my favorite pizza store since a teenager!!!!!!! The burgers are bomb!!! Pizza hot & fresh!!!! The cheesesteaks are the best in the city , can’t go wrong stopping by HERE too EAT !!!!?

Order a Pizza at 9:35 and was told delivery would be 45 mins , called back once the pizza didn’t arrive and was told ten more mins and stated that would make it an hour . I called back three times 20 mins later and no answer. Horrible service , I’m very disappointed at the lack of communication and on top of it never receiving the order.

Update : another driver informed me that my original driver was in an accident and he was kind enough to make the delivery. I appreciate the driver . Never got an up date from the establishment. This is my first incident ever with this place and I normally do pick up I’ll stick to that
